We have received consistently good service from the staff. The trick is to find a combination of ingredients that make the pizza the way you like it. While watching them making a pizza from an online order, I decided to go with the same ingredients. It came out perfectly!

There's not a convenient &pizza near me so happy this place opened up! closest one I can get to. Love the setup! was surprised to see it in the middle of the mall, but it's super cool how they were able to fit everything into a big kiosk-bar. normally you see something like a Starbucks so this is super cool. They have two sides for ordering if it gets busy (I assume on weekends). all the staff were very chill and welcoming. the pizza station was spotless and clean, they were wiping after every customer which is awesome. Ingredients look very fresh. love the whole mood and personality of the company as well, you can see it through their website and all their marketing. pizza is made fresh and comes out piping hot, but delicious! you can get a pre-made or build your own. I created my own. and the pizza itself is delicious! the size is like a flatbread style so more suited for a single person but could be shared. The drinks also have unique catchy names. I opted for the blood orange jasmine which is a green tea drink. it tasted a little mild and watered down, but good enough. I also love how the box comes with reheating instructions which is super helpful. Will definitely be back!

My wife told me let's go to &Pizza . We drove to Fair Oaks mall for pizza. The staff welcomed us and we picked our favorite ingredients and the pizza was so delicious. &Pizza been our favorite pizza and will continue do . Thank you for the delicious pizza and see you soon.

They really gotta work on hiring employees who can actually work there without seeming like they're miserable and hate their jobs. The cashier was chill, but it felt like all the other employees were noticeably discontented. Even the person who appeared to be the manager seemed peeved he had to be there. Also, having workers who actually acknowledge a customer who's waiting to order would be a plus; just glancing over at a forming line between talking with your coworkers doesn't exactly make for a good customer experience. ALSO, chill out with the workers blaring explicit music, there are kids around lol 3 stars because the pizza was actually excellent! Overall good flavor and solid ingredients.

Horrible customer service by a racist white female manager. Didn’t acknowledge us or greet us because our skin color is different and my sister in law had a head scarf. She was playing loud Tupac/ biggie songs unfiltered. Our kids heard all the f and s word as we were standing waiting to be acknowledged. Attached are the burned pizza we bought as a result. This manager should be trained on customer service and racism. Don’t waist your time here. FYI - when I complained about my pizza she said that’s how our pizza is & I can go head with my review b/c they have camera!

Great service (contrary to some of the other locations where they really don't care) Matt and Dylan were awesome, I usually take some time to order and they were very patient. Food/service quality is great. Keep it up guys

Dylan is the best employee of all time (he looks a little like pewdiepie in a good way), he put us on &pizza. He also gave us free cookie coupons. Very flexible and laid back store 👍👍👍. Food is 10/10. Dank💯💯💯🥶🥶🥶.

The pizza itself is decent, but the employees are rude and have a horrible attitude. They are cold, unfriendly, no smile, no eye contact, have a bad attitude, and generally look and act like they hate the job and the customers who pay their wages.
