    My mom went to this wendys, got her food, and politely asked for hot fries, which is understandable when you're paying for food you'd want it hot, not cold and stale.. The lady who claimed she was a manager was extremely rude and proceeded to tell my mom that if she didn't get out of "her" drive through she would be banned from Wendy's. Wendy's is not privately owned.. I can understand asking someone to leave if they are being absolutely unreasonable but she wasn't.. She simply asked for some hot fries and this lady threw a fit like a child.. Horrible customer service. If that's how the "managers" are acting there's an issue... My husband and I have stopped going because almost every single time we go, we're met with huge attitudes from the employees for absolutely no reason.. I've worked in retail and customer service so I know how it goes and I try to be as polite as possible as does my husband and I can honestly say they are the rudest people to deal with. I live in north pole and would honestly make the drive to the fairbanks wendys just so I don't have to put up with their attitudes when I'm just trying to get some food... Absolutely ridiculous. It's a miracle they're still open..

    I have given this Wendy’s plenty of chances to fix their issues. I have through the drive thru been told they have no hamburger, no fires no cheese (this is normal at most restaurants no cheese -ok) no soda. No large fries no large cups. Twice I have been told they can not take cash card only. I do not like using credit card for food at drive through yiu end up paying more at the end when your bill comes in. Who has ever heard of a business a burger business not having hamburger. Not having fries no sauce no soda. Today was the last straw with this company no sauce for pub fries again and only credit cards excepted til a manager gets there to give them a cash drawer. Wendy’s sadly is not what it used to be. They had great service before and great food and you can bet that your food was hot and fresh off the grill I’ll go else where from now. Obviously those running this store no longer want customers

    As with most Wendy's, the staff is very friendly, but the food is terrible. The staff can only deal with the quality corporate supply chain ships to them so it's not their fault. Wendy's overall has declined greatly in food quality over the years. Pick another fast food option unless you enjoy stale buns and flavorless food.

    It was decent. I would stop back by if I was in the mood for it. Wouldn't go out of my way for it but in a pinch or emergency, I would stop by. I was in town on vacation and we stopped by because it was close to Santa's House. The day was cold and snowy. But all in all it was a good day. Can never go wrong with a Wendy's burger.💯

    The Wendy's dining room in North Pole Alaska has since been remodeled. I see a photo of the old dining room with the Christmas trees. It's updated and looks really nice and clean now. Sometimes the dining room is still closed, but I was happy to find that it was open so I could treat my friend to some of his favorites, chicken nuggets and I had my old standby spicy chicken sandwich. I actually enjoy going to the North Pole Wendy's as opposed to the Fairbanks Wendy's. Give it a try if you like.

    I ordered 2 times inside and drive through for a bacinator fries and Baconator, and after waiting for 15 minutes, both my fries and burger had no bacon on it at all, and and when I asked about it, they informed me of how they were out. My previous orders had something missing or messed up with the wrong order and they continue to repeat the same mistakes. I have yet to receive napkins with my order and have to go inside and get them myself or have some with me.

    This is the second time in a row we have gotten completely the wrong order. We spent 22$ to get a Dave’s single and a Dave’s medium, they gave us a spicy chicken sandwich and a burger with 10 lbs of cheese on it that was not the Dave’s double. Before, we ordered the nuggets and they gave us spicy nuggets. Like it’s not hard to check, this is frustrating and money we won’t see again. They were never complicated orders, pay attention to what you’re doing, we were the only car in the drive through!
