I've
loved
eating
these
burgers
since
the
1970s.
Back
then,
the
burgers
were
at
least
half
an
inch
thick,
sometimes
more.
The
unique
blend
of
meats
are
what
makes
this
burger
one
of
my
all
time
favorites.
Over
the
years,
the
servers
and
cooks
have
been
nothing
short
of
nice,
friendly
and
efficient.
The
reason
I
gave
the
food
3
stars
is
because
the
burgers
have
decreased
in
thickness
by
at
least
half,
in
the
past
35
years.
A
few
of
the
people
I've
encouraged
to
go
to
the
hamburger
wagon
have
said
they
didn't
see
what
all
the
hype
was
about.
They
said
the
burgers
were
thin
and
crispy,
which
they
didn't
like.
I
have
the
pleasure
of
knowing
how
they
used
to
be
prepared,
and
that's
definitely
in
my
favor.
Although
I'd
prefer
these
burgers
to
be
thicker,
I
put
up
with
them
thin
&
crispy
because
of
the
nostalgia
and
the
taste
staying
consistent
all
these
years.
I'd
be
willing
to
pay
the
extra
cost
for
the
burgers
to
be
thicker.
And
no,
two
thin/crispy
patties
(their
double
burger)
doesn't
equal
a
medium
thicker
one.
