I lived in The Flats for over two years before having to move out for family reasons. The amenities were first class, and I particularly enjoyed the pool and gym, both of which are secluded from public view, unlike other communities. The staff is also very courteous and helpful, particularly Ann, who helped me with my application.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Ann at The Flats at Austin Landing! From the moment I walked into the leasing office, she was warm, friendly, and welcoming. I immediately felt at ease in her presence, and knew that I was in good hands. Ann took the time to really understand my needs and preferences when it came to finding a new apartment. She listened carefully as I described what I was looking for, and asked thoughtful questions to help narrow down my options. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the complex and its amenities, and was able to answer all of my questions with ease. Throughout the leasing process, Ann was incredibly responsive and communicative. She kept me updated every step of the way, and was always available to answer my questions and address any concerns I had. Her professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive. When it came time to sign my lease and move in, Ann went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly. She was incredibly organized and efficient, and made the entire process as seamless as possible. Overall, I cannot recommend Ann and The Flats at Austin Landing highly enough. She truly made the leasing experience a pleasure from start to finish. If you're looking for a new apartment in the area, be sure to give Ann a call - you won't be disappointed!

I was given a tour by Ann and I can't express how welcoming and knowledgeable she was! She was very thorough when showing me around the complex and amenities, not to mention she was on a time crunch and still made me feel like The Flats were a perfect option for me! All and all I left my tour with a feeling of comfort and wholeness that you probably won't get from any other complex! Ann was great to talk to and have as my tour guide, she defiantly deserves the 5 stars!

The Flats is beyond amazing! From the minute we started the tour, Ms. Ann flawlessly exceeded our expectations. She worked with us to find the best floorplan. The rooms are very spacious and beautiful. The amenities are unbelievable in the best way. We toured during one of their three monthly events, and Ms. Ann gave my grandchildren a treat bag from the event! This was the most wonderful experience and I am looking forward to making this friendly community my home.

The Flats is so beautiful! I recently got the honor of touring with Ms. Ann. She has such a wonderful personality that makes you feel right at home! She was able to work with my family and I to find the best floor plan for us. We toured during one of their three monthly events. I just took a tour of The Flats at Austin Landing today and I loved it! Taylor was very informative and kind. Everyone is so friendly and the apartments are awesome! I would recommend The Flats to anyone that is looking for an apartment. They have great amenities, Everything you need is within walking distance and it is so peaceful! The facilities, amenities, and customer service, especially from Ann were all are amazing! My girlfriend and I met with Ann, and she was incredible. We were late because of car trouble and that didn't phase Ann. She was so willing to work with us and make the scheduled appointment work. During our tour we saw Ann meet and greet several residents with a warm smile and a big hug. The covered garage and key fob entry put The Flats at Austin Landing over the top for us. From the warm hospitality we received to the price everything about the Flats was a win for us and we are excited to move there in October.

I toured with ms Ann yesterday and she is such a pleasant lady. The place is awesome and I met a few of the residents and they were super nice. The two bedroom I looked at was absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend the flats of Austin landing.
