Honestly this place looks and seems nice, but the management is sketchy as all get out! Paid 150$ for an application fee, only to be rejected cause I didn’t have a high enough credit score. When I asked if having a guarantor would help at all, which I could’ve done, all I got in response was, “Sometimes, but that’s not a guarantee.” When I proceeded to explain that I’m currently homeless as the result of my father’s suicide, they conveniently stopped replying. So basically, even if you can afford to live there, they might still not want you to simply cause they’re too lazy to actually communicate with you effectively. They will happily rob you of 150$ for the application fee, but will turn around and act like your money isn’t good enough for them to actually live there. Horribly disappointing and downright disrespectful! My advice? Unless you’re rich and have perfect credit, don’t even bother. They’re just gonna take your money and then metaphorically give you the middle finger. Pathetic!

I have been living in this community for a few months. It is definitely a nice place to stay, reasonable price, very safe, very quiet, good lawn space, nice neighborhood. And the apartment office’s staff are very nice and helpful, the office assistant Ben, he smiles to the resident all the time, he also can remember my name. If you ask any repair, they will fix it very fast, normally in the same day. And the maintenance guy also doing a very good job. Anyway, hillside court is a very nice community to live!

I’ve lived in a few apartments in the area in this price range and this is by far the best. They are not fancy or updated, but they are clean, quiet, and well maintained inside and out. The windows are newer and my utility costs were low. The staff was always nice and easy to work with, maintenance was prompt. No, they don’t have a pool or gym, but the buildings and grounds are very well kept and clean. When I needed to move out before my lease was up they were accommodating, found someone to move into my unit quickly, and I still got my full deposit back. I will say the smallest one bedroom layout is absolutely tiny and probably overpriced for the size. Bottom line: nice, clean, well maintained, efficient apartments at affordable prices. I would definitely move back here again if I had to.

Amazing staff! Michael and Brandon are the best! Office staff Alex and Pam always make you feel welcome! Location is amazing. Grounds are very well maintained. Service calls are taken care of really fast!

Clean, management is organized, any maintenance problem they are quick! This is a very affordable place to live. One of my favorite things about Hillside apartments is the staff. They are each so friendly, the know the answer to questions I may have. I’m the winter, the snow is shoved & side walks are salted so we are able to get to our destination for the day. Hillside Apartments is the place to call home!!!

I've been living at Hillside Court for almost four years now but have to move out of state. There are a few things that have kept me here for so long: 1.) Maintenance - Mykle and Brandon are the best of the best. They are personable, efficient, and trustworthy. I've never felt so comfortable having people come into my apartment when I'm away and know that the work always get done. By now, I consider them friends and truly believe they are the reason Hillside is as great as it is! 2.) The Neighborhood - It's quiet and scenic for being in Dayton, OH. A water and woods view that's well maintained is the perfect view for me! In addition, the neighbors are fantastic in my building. You really become a part of a family here. While there are some "cons", such as cheaper carpets/paint, those are so minor and if there's issues, Mykle and Brandon are quickly around to make it right. Out of all the Sexton properties, Hillside really is the best. Overall, Hillside has been a wonderful home and I hope any prospective residents enjoy it as much as I have.

I was concerned about moving into a smaller space when I first came to Hillside Court Apartments, but for me the pros far outweigh the cons. The lower price, safe and quiet premises, attentive staff, all within minutes of several groceries and restaurants has been well worth the trade off for space. I am in the smallest available apartments and it suits me fine, I've enjoyed my first year at this complex.

I moved into Hillside court in March 2017 and have lived here for about 8 months, and I really like it. My apartment is just the right size and I love the scenery. All my neighbors seem to be very nice and the staff is helpful and friendly. The location is absolutely the best! I can reach so many different places quickly. It is not far from the highway, but it is also not too close to the highway, so I do not have any highway noise. There is also a police station, fire station, and hospital nearby. As far as repairs go, I have had repair requests and maintenance has been very good about taking care of the problems promptly. They also take good care of the grounds, keeping it neat and clean, and it's obvious that they want their buildings to stay in good shape as well. I always see them working around the complex, which is good for security purposes. If you are looking for an apartment, I recommend this complex.

Best place I've been, hands down. The way the apartment is designed, you only share one wall with the space next door; making it nice because you don't hear your neighbors. The layout for the 2 bedroom/2 bath is spacious, with a full sized kitchen; making the space feel more like a house than an apartment. The maintenance crew is remarkably prompt, courteous, and respectful. I have a small dog, and they are always so considerate of her when they have to enter our space. The grounds are well kept, with a nice lake on the premises, which makes for a good spring picnic spot. And the location makes it easy to get anywhere in the area quickly. I've been here three years now, and don't think I may ever leave if I don't have to. It's that great a place.

I lived here for a year and absolutely loved it. The place was very clean when I moved in and the maintenance workers do a good job of taking care of things. The scenic views are what I loved most. It was also pretty quiet and peaceful when I lived here
