I had the shrimp fajitas and my wife got a sampler of sides. Both were very good. The fajitas had a TON of shrimp, like 30 or so. Absolutely delicious. Also, the mozzarella sticks are thick and oozing with cheese. The server was very attentive and friendly and brought refills before we were even done with our first drinks. Overall a very pleasant experience, much better than the Chili's i remember.

DO NOT EAT HERE! I ORDERED THE TRIPLE DIPPER, AND THE FOOD AT THIS LOCATION WAS HORRIBLE! THE BURGER PATTIES WERE HARD, AND CRISPY. HAD TO BREAK THEM IN HALF TO SHOW CUSTOMER SUPPORT. THE SOUTHWEST EGG ROLLS OLD AND SLIMY. MY STOMACH HURTS NOW. (PICS DONT DO IT JUSTICE BECAUSE OF THE LIGHTING)

The place could use a thorough cleaning. Everything looked dirty. I am pretty sure the floor hasn't been swept or mopped in days. We sat at the bar. I quickly regretted ordering a drink that came in a glass. I watched the bartender wash dishes, she washed and rinsed them, but did not have a sanitizing sink. It is required that dishes be washed, rinsed, and finally sanitized. Seeing this made me wonder how we didn't end up sick. It also made me question how our food had been prepared and served. I used to love chili's, not so much after this experience.

First of all, a big shout out to our server "Nique " she always made sure our drinks were filled and our food was to our liking, I had the SmokeHouse platter with a half order of ribs, half order of brisket quesadillas and chicken tenders. That was the first time I had brisket quesadillas in my life and I am definitely a forever fan of them, the ribs and chicken tenders was also excellent. My sister had the steak and shrimp and it was cooked to her perfection along with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Everything about this place says" I want to keep coming back" if you happen to go be sure to ask for Nique she will take excellent care of you. Thanks to all the other staff and chefs also.

I just gotta say we recently just ordered this over the weekend and it was so incredible!!! The food was soo good I can’t wait to order this again. I got the fajitas trio with chicken, shrimp, and steak it came fully loaded down and everything was amazing. I tried a bite of my man’s burger and it was honestly the best tasting burger I’ve had in town. Don’t sleep on chilis!! They got some amazing chefs in the back !! Highly recommend the food and the amount you get is worth every penny! Chefs kiss*

It's been awhile since I had visited a Chili's, and it was for a celebratory graduation lunch of all things. It ended up being a lovely lunch though, and our servers were welcoming and attentive. The food was mainly Texmex, but it was rather good and came in large portions. Would definitely stop by again for a casual lunch or dinner.

Enjoyed our meal here. For a decent price you can get a nice size dinner and good service. Can’t pass up on the chips and salsa here! Also the ranch they have is amazing.

Only will give them three stars because the food was good but the dining experience was not so much the waiter was not very attentive spent most of her time closing down the bar and locking the doors so they wouldn't be there long after 10. The guest next to me was even uncomfortable because of the conversations between my waiter and the host about closing and being done serving regardless of clients wanting to dine in after just 9:05. This is my second bad experience here and I won't be returning which is sad because I love chili's 😔 but the staff here is always unpleasant.

The service was terrible. The food was cold. They brought the appetizer out with main course. We had to keep asking for the kids drinks by the time they got them we was ready to go. We ask for 3 separate checks told her who was paying for what the receipts was messed up. We waited over 30ins had to get manager 2x our issues still were not resolved. The manager was running around saying my daughter didn't want to pay and she actually paid hers and sisters receipts was on email. Would not even give discount

I am so disappointed at this Chili’s. They have let me down for the last time. My order was scheduled to be picked up at 3:30. I arrived at 3:40 to receive a bag full of potato soup wasted at the bottom. I checked my four entrees and they were extremely cold as if the food had been sitting for the last hour or so. I speak with the manager, he said they wasn’t short staff and didn’t understand why my order was rushed. He then asked me to microwave my food instead of replacing it. The nerve!!! How dare you sir?!?! If my food had a little warmth to it, I would have accepted it. However it was completely COLD!! Not acceptable! I’ve overlooked many errors in past because I know some establishments are short staff and are doing the best they can. However, times are are hard for everyone and prices are increasing. I refuse to waste money on cold food.

We were there Tuesday around 4:30 ordered chili and told server I wanted a lot of crackers. 15 minutes later we got our food. Was told then they were out of crackers if I was told that before I would have ordered something else. Was out of coke fast with that spicy chili without crackers and was never offered a refill but the people across from us was asked 3 times by same server. Was seated near kitchen and it looked like it has been a while since it was cleaned. Hope the owner reads this because they lost another customer.

Great service. It was crowded and our late lunch still arrived when expected. It was my birthday and appreciated the free ice cream. I had the salmon, mashed potatoes and asparagus, and my guest had a bacon burger with fries. We've been there several times and have not had a bad experience.

Food was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately tonight while ordering the fajitas they stated we couldn't order due to being out of the onions and peppers. I asked if they could still make it without the onions and peppers and they graciously allowed us to order. The food was absolutely amazing.. didn't even miss the onions and peppers. For was seasoned great. Would definitely recommend

We came in around 4 p.m., so there were hardly any patrons at this time. Service was wonderful. We were greeted with smiles and courtesy. Our server was awesome! She was kind and helpful. The appetizer - the triple dipper - was great! However, the dinner fell a little flat for me. It was lacking something... just wasn't as tasty as I was hoping.

Great food selection at a reasonable price. Large party of 10. Setup quick, service efficient, food plentiful. Portions are large enough to share. Thumbs up for good lunch.

Food was alright, service was great. Table was lightly wiped but had some indiscernible dried on crud. Salad was wilted and croutons were stale like they had been left uncovered in a moist atmosphere. Bottom burger bun was so soggy that it disintegrated when picked up. The service was truly the shining star in this outing. Unfortunately chilis just isn't the type of quality that we remembered, and likely, sadly won't return.

We went to Chili's to celebrate our daughter's 16th birthday, and she was really looking forward to going there. When we walked through the door we were greeted by a hostess who asked how many were in our party, and we told her that we had 5 people. She informed us that they couldn't seat parties larger than 4 people. We then asked if we could have adjacent tables to seat 3 and 2 persons each. We were told that she could not get us tables near each other, and it would be a 15-20 minute wait to be seated. This was at 4:15 in the afternoon and we couldn't see more than 2 occupied tables from the hostess station. There were literally 12-15 empty tables in our view. We left immediately and then had a nice meal at Buffalo Wild Wings around the corner, with great service for all 5 of us at the same table.

It was for our wedding anniversary celebration dinner. Waitress was very polite and attentive, but the service was very very slow. The Appetizers were very good. Fajitas trio with chicken & shrimp, Quesadilla loaded with chicken and veg salad,it came fully loaded down, Chips/salsa and everything was amazing. It ended up being a lovely dinner though, and Would definitely stop by again for a casual dinner.

When the server came to our table I commented how cold the restaurant was. Outside temp was about 52. I asked if she was cold too and her answer was she was comfortable. I wrapped my husband's coat around my legs.

If you want 3 day old food come here. Normally get good food here but when I am told o I am sorry they just didn’t get enough cream on it, Um no it looks reheated.

The food came out. We had ordered hamburgers. The bun was so soggy from grease. Not only that when you lifted it up grease ran down your hand. We didn't ask for a refund we just paid and left will never ever go back. Plus, we sat at bar. They were understaffed and the bartender gave a customer her number when his wife went to bathroom. It was just a bad look. Trashy food & trashy staff. I apologize to all the good staff they probably have. We just got the bad one. Now, I have ate here before and it was good but it was 2 years go. If you go maybe better not at the bar.

I’ll start with the good: The server was nice and the shrimp with the fajitas were fine. Sadly, there was a lot more to the visit than that. Despite not being busy, food was incredibly slow to come out, and once it did there were a lot of issues. The rice was burnt to the point of tasting like the burn and nothing else, the tortillas were dried up and stale on the edges, the cheese was completely dried up, and half the guacamole was brown. I can’t give this a 1 because the egg rolls were okay and the shrimp was fine, but there were so many problems here that I’d rather go to one of the many better options around here.

Grandkids & I came here for dinner. Grandson loved the Brisket Quesadilla & Mac & cheese. Granddaughter ordered double-bacon cheese burger and fries. I had the Rib-eyed steak, broccoli & roasted corn. My meal was okay. The roasted corn was the best part of my meal. The mozzarella sticks were kinda weird. We received three big pieces of coated cheese. I enjoyed the watermelon spritzer drink. Our server was awesome. She checked on us frequently and refilled kids drinks.

Everything was delicious. Waitress was very polite and attentive. She was on top of everything, and we were dining with a party of 8. Food was not as good as I have had before. My 6 oz Sirloin steak was overcooked. My opinion is my steak was cooked to well done. I asked for a medium cooking temperature. Drinks were good. Salad was delicious. However, I didn’t particularly like the baby bowl it was served in. Again, my opinion on the bowl. Overall, love Chilis & this location.

The food quality is mediocre at best, which doesn’t match up with the prices they charge. Id expect better quality food for the price. Also, refills are not free, i paid $12 for our drinks alone and they don’t tell you that refills cost extra upfront. The building was cold as well. Servers were nice so no negatives there. Wont be eating here again though.

This was a great experience. I think I enjoyed the server the most. She was just so responsive. We had our young grandson with us and he had become very hangry. But she was a great help. The good was excellent! Great burger. We also were interested in the Bengals football game and we could easily watch it. Just great experience.

I would give zero stars if I could. My boyfriend and I walked in 2 hours before closing and half of the dining room was empty so we had high hopes for a nice dinner. We had to wait 10 minutes before they even acknowledged us for seating, my boyfriend and I noticed smell similar to dirty dishtowels and old fryer grease that we smelled by the front doors, the bathrooms were disgusting one toilet was clogged and paint peeling off the ceiling in the women's restroom, the floors looked like they hadn't been mopped in years, we ordered our food, the appetizer was fine and the blackberry tea was great, but when we received our main course; my boyfriend's Philly was cold and his curly fries were stale. I cut through my burger to get a better handle on it, the patties seemed really dry and the bacon was just dripping in grease, that's when I noticed the hair on one of the strips of bacon. Literally spent almost an hour at this restaurant to just get up and leave.

We had a good dining experience, nothing incredibly exceptional. We seated ourselves at the bar as it appeared the front manager was trying to keep part of the restaurant closed, so we would have had to wait for a table. Staff was friendly and courteous, but clearly understaffed and we had to wait several times for our server to be available. The food was good, a little over-priced, but nothing that was too extreme.

I love the 3 for 10 meal deals they have at Chili's. Always get the margarita grill chicken meal. It happens to be one of my favorites.
