Really dig this spot! If you're looking for some good pho or Banh Mi in the area but this place up! Decor and vibe inside is pretty modern, the restaurant is very spacious. We went on a Sunday afternoon, so it was fairly busy. We picked it up for takeout, which took about 15 min. Unfortunately they were out of bread (it was Easter) so I didn't get a chance to get the Banh Mi, so I opted for the Vermicelli Noodle Bowl (Grilled Pork and Egg roll Noodle) and my SO had the Pho in addition to the BBQ Pork Buns. Both were delicious, very large portions for the price. Note the Vermicelli does have cashews (nuts) Definitely will be visiting again to give their Bahn Mi a go

Out of the few Vietnamese restaurants available in the area, Wat Da Pho seems to be the most consistent overall. Their pho is always served at the right temperature and is usually has plenty of flavor to not need extra additives like hoison or Sriracha sauce. Their bahn mis are also very good! Considering they range ~5 to 6 dollars, you definitely get your money's worth in all the ingredients they pack into their baguette.

Well rounded delicious and fresh. No awkward surprises. The soups are the best. In my picture is the R6 with added egg, and the bbq bun with pork. It's the same bread as the Indonesian bakpau.

*Update: thank you again Ms. Quinn for the larger rice :) you are the star of the show *Very clean, very efficient, and very good! Flavoring is relatively authentic, brought back memories of being in Asia. Staff are young and hip, generally a younger crowd, although many families seen as well. We've been coming here since opening and it had been consistently good. Thanks to Mr. Win and Ms. Quinn for their stellar service.

I’m always blown away with how affordable and good this food is! The menu is large and full of good options, and after a few visits I have some good recommendations! The Nam Vang Noodle is my personal favorite, but I can get behind any of their Pho. I recommend getting the gyoza because it’s decently priced for the quality and quantity. Service is always So-so but never bad, it just seems like servers are always rushing.

Absolutely amazing Pho and quality service every single time from Marian! On my last visit, she already knew what I wanted down to the side of extra veggies on the side. Goes to show I'm a frequent visitor! Amazing food!

Best Pho in Dayton that I've had so far. Atmosphere is top notch along with the staff. Prices are a bit higher but not by much.

As a Vietnamese that haven't got the taste of Vietnam in Ohio before, by far this is the best place to remind me of my hometown. Great food 10/10. Would recommend.

It is a nice and clean place in a style pretty typical of a fusion restaurant. The staff is good and thr service has been fast every time that I've been there. They get a lot of customers from Wright-Patterson thanks to the proximity and having a 10% military discount. (At least at the time of this writing). They have solid vegan and vegetarian options across the menu.

This was my first time having pho and I feel like I’ve been missing out! The food was amazing and the staff was too during our visit to What The Pho. We interacted with multiple staff members who were very kind and attentive. The restaurant was clean and modern. The portion of pho I received was enough for two meals and so delicious! I’ll definitely be back!

Immediately through the door, you smell the amazing food already. Their menu is easy to look through, and they even have labels (such as P2, R6, etc.) in case you can't pronounce items! Our server Trista was amazing and helped answer all the questions we had. If you're craving authentic pho, this place definitely soothes that craving, and I see myself coming again! The only thing I could note, however, is that I wish the broth had more flavor and that the meat would be warm rather than cold! Still, it was delicious!

Perfectly delicious. Fantastic pho and very good Bun Bo Hue. The "scary spicy" noodles are not too hot, perhaps unless you're new to spice. We had a fantastic time and you can't go wrong with anything on the menu! Try it all.

Nice place, but overall food is just okay. Nothing spectacular. Price is on the high side for the quality and quantity. Prefer and miss the pho back home!

Wowowowow!!! I was a bit scared Because it seems like a chain restaurant, but I was wrong to be scared! I got the soft spring roll, the wat da pho and the grilled beef sub with yum yum sauce. (Obviously I ordered too much but I wanted to try everything!) the pho was better than expected, full of flavor and the tendon pieces were generous. Spring rolls were really good but the peanut sauce had me wanting something more, perhaps a little peanut butter to add to the sauce for thickness and more peanut butter flavor? The bahn mi, ooooh the bahn mi was my favorite part. If I wasn’t so full, I could have eaten 12 of those!!!! Everything was fresh and super quick to get to our table! I can’t wait to come back!

Wish I would of gotten a picture of the rolls we got but they were gone before we knew it. One of the best pho places around and so convenient for college students as well. I love the remodel and can’t wait to come back.

The food is fantastic! The staff are warm, welcoming, and friendly. When I mentioned I came from Medway for the visit, they let me know they just opened a carry out location in Huber Heights. Their egg rolls are out of this world and the bowls of noodles and broth were the perfect lunch for a cold, wet, rainy day. Since a picture's worth a thousand words, I'm also including two photos.

The dishes recommended to us were so flavorful and delicious, mine very spicy just like we we were told it would be. We had the fried dumplings-perfect! Then we had the R2 and R6 soups. The restaurant is clean, including the restroom. Everyone working was friendly and helpful.

I love this place!! It’s definitely one of my top 3 places to get pho! It was even great getting take out. They give you everything you need too.

I thought I have been to the best Pho spot til I tried Wat Da Pho! Hands down the best pho in town, menu choices are awesome and the place is spacious. Service is fast without sacrificing the food quality. Must stop in Beavercreek Ohio!

this pho is five star. it's so good doesn't need srirachi or hoisin sauce. lovely steamed pork rice buns. the goi cuon was four stars, good but could have been better. it was missing something, maybe mint? peanut sauce was runny, so maybe if that had been thicker and more peanuty.

Pretty decent food. They are busy in early afternoon but dies down around 5pm. Price is competitive but I don't agree with the 3% charge for paying with a credit card. They added recent new items to their menu. Their Teriyaki Chicken isn't bad at all. Update as of 8-21: I still hold my previous reviews to be true. However, their service are starting to be a little lacking. I have been coming here at least once a week. I noticed that they usually don't give me my drink until after i get my food which is very weird. They will give you a glass of water, but if you wanted something else, it will be a wait. Sometimes, they'll check up on you but most of the time, they don't come around at least with me. Their food is still good, just the server service is an issue.

This is one of my favorite spots to go share a meal with friends. The pho is always super yummy, but their menu is pretty big, and they have a decent selection of vegetarian options on the menu for my friends! The service is always quick and to the point but it never feels like you're being rushed.

Nice and friendly staff!!! The food was just amazing!!! And I was full but still had a lot leftover😌 I highly recommend coming here!!! They don’t mess around💜💜💜

First time ordering. Takeout looks absolutely nothing like the menu. The broccoli was definitely not fresh and we didn’t even receive the chicken broth side but were given soup spoons? Definitely wouldn’t visit again. There are way better places to go.

I got the Pad Thai and my wife got the Spicy Vermilion with chicken. Both dishes were excellent and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back! The service was excellent as well. They asked us several times if we needed anything and were very friendly.

They live up to their reputation. We went for lunch on a Saturday. Excellent service! Not only for us but other guests as well. I got the BBQ pork buns and Spicy Beef Pho. Great flavor and came out quickly. Easily top-tier in Dayton for Pho and Vietnamese.

Ingredients were fresh, broth was very flavorful, and portions were ample. Pho is always a solid comfort food for me and WDP always is my first stop when I get the craving.

I just want to thank you guys for showing up and cooking this awesome food. Noodles are always a go to. . . BUT the steak ban mi sandwiches are just soooo good!!! When you get the sandwich- the smell is great! Toasted bread with a house sauce, fresh veggies! Just a wonderful environment and tasty food. Thank you

Nice ambience, friendly service and good food. We had the Wat da Banh mi, lemongrass calamari, phobidden chick and pork bulgogi. All were good.

I wish I would have gotten a picture before hand but the new crab fried rice is delicious! I hope it stays on the menu permanently! But my go to chicken with shrimp added Pho is always a great go-to!

New, contemporary place. I took my mom here for lunch during Black Friday. We had the Bahn Xeo, Spring rolls, Pho and Bulgogi. The bahn xeo and pho broth was great. The bulgogi was not Korean style bulgogi, more of a stir fry but good. The spring roll filling was a little mushy for my taste. Overall, a nice lunch place with good prices. 👍🏽
