Dr. Tom Anderson is very kind and thorough; he explains all the options and takes his time to do his best work. If he feels the job can be done better by a more advanced provider, he'll say so because he wants the best outcome for you. However, I find him to be humble and his talents are far greater than he says; I did not opt to go elsewhere and had him do a procedure anyway; he did an excellent job. He's very easy to talk to and is always pleasant and caring. His staff are nice, too; they obviously seem to enjoy working there and they take the time to answer your questions or find someone who will. I've been coming here for several years now and I would highly recommend him and his staff.

The hygienist, Valerie is the best! She is gentle on my sensitive gums and always asks if I am okay while she is doing my cleanings. She is super friendly and professional and I absolutely love her!

For someone who hates dental visits with a passion I highly recommend going here! The entire staff makes me feel welcome and there is no judgement over my very obvious anxiety. Dr. Coscia did both of my fillings and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She is very professional and clearly knows what she is doing. I like that she was really confident and super nice!

Arrive a little before 8 for 8 o’clock appointment the receptionist was pleasant. A couple more people arrived a little late and was called in for my cleaning at 8:15 no big deal. The hygienist Lindsay began working on my teeth and instantly went to flossing and polishing and could not believe 15 minutes said she was finished. Never had a 15 minute cleaning in my life my mouth felt the same as when I walked in. I will have to make my next appointment for during the week

I used to love Dartmouth Dental-originally I gave them 5 stars. Unfortunately due to decisions the office made have led me to leave them and only give them two stars. Dr. Anderson and the dental hygienists I worked with were wonderful. I’m sad to leave them. I am not however going to pay for a no show fee from 3 years ago that I have never been informed of despite being in the office many times and my contact information being accurate. I’m shocked that after three years of not asking for a fee when I supposedly missed an appointment they would accept me leaving the agency vs removing it. Very illogical.

I have always hated going to the dentist. I've always had an irrational fear. Dr Anderson was recommended by a friend. He is really awesome. He is very pleasant and calm. Great at making you feel at ease. Explains what he is doing and options. Very glad I found this dentist. Can't say enough how good he is.

Best dentist office I have ever had. Dr. Anderson is a delight, and all the other staff are friendly and pleasant. They also are adept at giving you and accurate cost based on your insurance. No surprises! 10/10 would dentist again.

Went into the NB office for an emergency visit when I cracked my filling on a Saturday. Waited a while but did not mind because I was glad they took me in last minute. They took xrays and then the Dentist, who looked no older than 17 years old told me I needed a crown and sent me away to spend the rest of my weekend with a cracked filling. I asked if she could at least put a temporary fix and she rudely told me no even after I told her I was in pain. She really let me leave in pain and did nothing for me but bill my insurance for an office visit! Complete waste of time and no concerns for patients! The Dartmouth location has never treated me like this. That office on the other hand is Great!
