When I went to pay for my merchandise cashier Michelle told me that deal was done because store is closing so why have the tags on with a deal and then tell you it's a different price they did the same thing to my aunt with a 50% of the item and they didnt do the price on tag not sure if I'm right or not but it should be the price or offer that's on the tags. So disappointed.

Return policy is merchandise credit only. Hidden in fine print on website! Only store in the area charging 10 cents a bag. Went to return jeans that my son at home tried on, now stuck with $100 of merchandise that doesn’t fit.

Terrible customer service and furniture is the same quality furniture that you buy at Target or Walmart. Particle board so cheap a bed post will snap in half. After spending 1,000's on furniture they rather lose a customer then work with them. Never again will my family purchase cheap furniture from Bobs furniture.

There employee's have really bad aditudes they think it's okay to swear at costumers when the costumer catches them making a mistake not once but twice with a manager standing right there and says nothing to the individual who swore at the costumer... Went in the store for a particular item and was helped by an employee who took me right to the gift and I was done in less than 5 minutes.

I live out of state. I am visiting Mass for a few days and was Super Excited to see that Bob's was Still open. I went in with total intention of buying lots of New England sports teams paraphernalia to take back to VA. Especially with the huge sign out front that said: EVERYTHING 10-80% OFF !!!!! After seeing the 1st few things the prices were Sooooo High !! The sale prices were basically 10-25% off. They have used a pricing gun to change the prices of their items. I found blankets that had their prices marked up $10 !!! I know because, they didn't mark up one of the blankets. So they marked it up $10 just to mark it 25% off !!!!!! Are they serious ??? It's extremely obvious. Bob's you should be Embarrassed !!!! Because I'm disgusted !!!!! You're not closing,

40-90% off?? I bought 3 pairs of athletic shorts and 2 shirts. $240. I think I needed to use a coupon or something. I looked at the receipt and the discounts were not as good as I planned for.

Love Bob's stores. Been a customer for as long as I can remember, good selection and they have a nice rewards program that keeps me coming back.

I want to say that I never had a problem before with any bobs store this young man Max who is the manager there needs way more training on how to deal with the public he was disrespectful and rude and I shop there a lot and he was not professional but the other awesome helpful Kevin should be the manager there he fixed the situation and he was very nice to deal with I don’t like feeling like a liar I think with more training Max will be better at dealing with the public

Went looking for work shoes for my husband. Only issue was the shoe boxes weren't the correct shoe under the sample. It was around closing time but we had a hard time finding what we wanted.
