This place is full of insecure women that would rather disrespect you than give proper care. If you have any mental health problems they will still find a way to make you stress all at the same time of telling you not to. It really amazes me how so many women find themselves insecure over other women when these people are supposed to be there to help you. I feel like they are just there for the check and pension plans. Stay aware of your treatment plans and treatments period. Stay asking questions no matter what. It’s your health that is literally in these peoples hands. STAY AWARE

100% awesome ♥️ ! I really have no idea why people leave such bad reviews. Maybe they need to look in the mirror at themselves because yesterday I had one of the best experiences with Stephanie Massa. She is absolutely 100% awesome and I keep reading about young staff members using inappropriate language and I can tell you every time I've been there I have never heard anyone use inappropriate language at all so that is all nonsense. Whoever is writing these horrible fake reviews really needs to stop ! I have been treated with nothing but respect and care ! So I get it Haters are going to hate even for no reason at all probably because they have nothing else in life to do but to complain about something how immature I thank you. People need a hobby besides writing fake reviews making things up that aren't true most likely ! I'm going to be the one that gives the five-star review for the people that deserve it. I don't know about the other doctors or who people have been involved with but I want to say I am very happy with the way I've been treated at the greater New Bedford community center and I will continue to go there to be treated by professional doctors. So thank you very much guys. You are awesome. Keep up the good work. I would give you 10 stars if I could ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ !!!

I,unfortunately, have been stuck dealing with this place because it's where I need to go if I get sick or what have you and not once have I had a positive experience. Whether it was the time I was shaking in pain,from strep,so bad that the physicans assistant,who refused to change the antibiotic it turned out I was allergic to and was making me vomit,or the time the overweight doctor started lecturing me about putting salt on my food,due to my blood pressure,or the time I went for an inner ear infection,as a child,and the doctor was more concerned about a blackhead at the time and that night I had to be rushed to another doctor as it turned out my eardrum was about to rupture. (There's also the time I had a viral infection and they agreed to have me see the doctor and made me wait 45 minutes,This is after I had been there for the second time in a week.,so we could get me setup with MassHealth on Christmas Eve or the time the doctor diagnosed an allergic reaction as scabies.) Not one single positive experience in this dang place and your receptionists are so rude. I called a few weeks ago to simply ask about a bone bruise I had on my foot and if I should procede with the suggestions of propping it up but after I mentioned it happened at work the woman harshly yelled,"YOU NEED TO GO TO ST. LUKE'S!" (Called them and was told that I'd have a three week wait and if I didn't have Covid going in I'd probably get it going out. All that woman had to do was put me on the phone with a nurse who had a better personality then she did.) This is what passes for healthcare if you're low income. People who don't care,people who view you as being less human because you can't afford to pay them more,and who won't listen or at least pretend they care if you're upset,scared or in pain. Nope. Just yell,lecture,complain and be rude because people don't deserve respect,kindness and concern.

i personally have gone here a few times. i also see my PCP there as well. the staff here is great. they're super nice and very helpful! out of all the times ive been here.... ive never had a bad experience. i really like how they dont judge anyone that walks in the door. they respect every individual no matter how he/she looks! Thank you so much to the staff for working so hard to make it as pleasant as possible!

My wife was there yesterday, she has a 12:30 pm appointment for an X-ray, she ended up 2 hours and 40 minutes waiting, very disappointed and customer service was terrible. She has a baby waiting outside and she wants to know how much longer, the woman inside the X-ray room came out and said to her, you the one who bothered the front desk, very rude, I do not recommend this place,

waited 7 months to get a primary doctor..the week of my appointment they canceled!!! she tells me i would have to wait another 7 weeks for another appointment..wait...what...you guys cancelled not me...now i cant get a doctor until may 10th..a diffrent primary dr..this is so scary not having a primary dr..

extremely unprofessional nursing staff in primary care that shows no bedside manner and did not make me feel like my health was a priority. also recently learned this location does not drug test their staff and it really shows, and so i will be seeking professional healthcare elsewhere where i feel safe and advise you do the same…show some responsibility, and compassion for your patients!.

unprofessional on so many levels…dirty waiting room, rude nurses, and truly dont even feel safe there, security is never anywhere to be found . this place needs to be shut down. insane that they can still run this business, because thats all it is. youre money to them, not a patient.

Went to urgent care and had shortness of breath with flutters in my chest and cold fingers and toes. Got my labels stapled to another patients and confused for another patient with other symptoms. Got told that I appear to be fine and sent on my way. I have an autoimmune disorder

I been going there for years I never had a problem until recently I was seen by a male nurse and basically. he diagnosed that I had something that he didn't know what he was talking about and I felt like he just wanted me out of there. His diagnosed was wrong. They have some good doctors there and some good nurse practitioners

the care i receive at the center is excellent. let me apologize for what the chatter that was here before. it had been a while since i had been to the center and have been stressed to a severe stage iv cancer diagnosis to a close family member. i didn't know things had changed. again, the care i receive is excellent.

PROS Staff here are typically friendly! I’d like to mention Dr Weber, Ken in the urgent care, Molly in urgent care, the staff at front desk, the awesome phlebotomists (especially the gentle and kind lady who wears a hijab) and the wonderfully pleasant woman who took my x-rays. Very grateful for you and had nice experiences. This facility is typically clean with helpful security usually. If you are not someone who likes/agrees with birth control or contraceptives, even though they advocate for it in the woman’s center, Dr Weber never pushes it on me. Doctor Ashley Weber is very thorough. She thinks before speaking and cares about her patients. She wants to get to the root of issues instead of brushing them off and even does extended research for patients. She always checks in with me to make sure no one is hurting me, being verbally abusive, that I feel safe at home, and reminds her patients that no means no. She truly cares! CON Recently the security guard was using foul language and having unprofessional conversations about a previous incident where he was getting intoxicated outside of work.

I’m very thankful for today, the receptionists are very friendly and help me with my situation. The nurses and doctor was pretty nice too.

This is the worse medical office I have ever dealt with! They try to make you see your primary care provider to get more money from your insurance company. The people that answer the phone lines are horrible! I have been in customer service for over 20 years. I would have been fired if I treated a customer like they do... I will be finding out what I can file with my insurance company as well as the state of Massachusetts.

I rate the office a 5. Always clean, secure, and staff have always been super nice. The area is awful and doctors I've had experience, i'd rate a 1.

The was the first time I’ve ever been here but I had a great experience, not too sure why there’s so many negative reviews. From the receptionists to the nurses they were all very personable and accommodating, would definitely go back again

I had my first experience with this health center while looking for a new PCP and also a specialist. I was able to easily get set up with both (of course the PCP was booking 9 months out for the physical but that’s the way of the world these days) but the specialist had a cancellation and I was able to see her the same day I called, which is generally unheard of when you’re a brand new patient! I am so thankful I found this office. Everyone from the greeter, receptionist, scheduler and the provider were caring and helpful. I felt like they took the time to make sure I was getting the care I needed. I feel lucky to have this health center right where I live and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Nurses and office staff in woman health are rude and unprofessional. The last year has been horrible . They send you to specialist that you don’t need to be see. If you don’t have mass health they don’t want to help you. They say it’s going to be expensive. They never put the referrals in. They say they mail you info and they don’t . Woman’s health need new nurses and office staff. Where are all The other staff they had . It’s not the same. The nurse told me If I was a mixed race I would get all the benefits. Little does she know I am .

I'm so grateful for my Dr Amy Carey very theral her staff all of them. Recovery team for addiction came in and gave me great information I'm just so blessed to have New Bedford Health clinic Thank you all.

DENTAL CENTER...went and got a not so routine filling because an old filling caused half my tooth to crumble. Dr. Montgomery awesome as always.. didn't feel a thing..most importantly 😄. Staff ALWAYS nice and hygienist really nice.great job as always at the dental center.would be very sad if I had to go somewhere else.

A dentist will spend four years in college to receive a bachelor's degree, four years at dental school to receive a DDS or DMD (same thing) degree and another two to six years in residency if they choose to pursue a dental specialty. A dentist should be given the same respect and esteem as any other doctor at any hospital. At GNBCHC - Dental I've always received the professional care and expert dental work one would expect from my dentist (Dr. Montgomery), the dental hygenists' and the front desk personnel.
