I call this place because my dogs vet was full and I had an emergency. The girl on the phone was very rude and said if she is not our patient she can not be seen. I said are you full is that why I have an emergency with my dog and she said no the dog is not our patient. I cried and hung up This is insane that a vet would treat an animal like this Shame on you !! The sad part is my sister told me to call because her dogs goes there and now they just lost a client !! there suppose to care for animals and instead they turned me away with nothing else but she is not our patient Sad

Need to be more understanding and hear people out when they come for advice for their dog. People that don’t want to work in this field shouldn’t period. change your job.

They are horrible i been going to them for years until recently i had my friendo brinda my new adopted cat he kept twitching his head the vetanarian that was on didnt even look @ my cats ears she said he was agresivo and HES not my por baby Illinois never go again

We have been coming here for a few months now, they are polite and respectful, but most of all they truly care and it shows. The prices are fair, and the wait time is very little to none, unless it's a busy day! Very comfortable atmosphere for your little four legged babies!

I took my husky here 7 years ago. The night we brought her home she was screaming in pain to the point the neighbors above called the police. Could've been situational, whatever. Now she's on Prion and the doctors I've taken her to say that the scars from the spay is worse than it should be. Without the prion she leaks.

Won’t ask you before doing additional work and expects you to pay for it. Rude and hasn’t refilled prescription no matter how many times we call, putting my animals life at risk. I guess it’s hard to make phone calls and be clear with the patients/ customers

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They have poor communication skills for example not being transparent with their prices. They make up prices and policies as they please. Also, the last time I was there I was asking questions to the doctor due to my concerns regarding my pet, the doctor was slowly walking away during my pets visit. Clearly this doctor felt the need to show that I was bothering them during my pets visit.

We have brough our 2 Boxers here since they were puppies and love the staff. Prices are very competetive as well.

Staff is wonderful. They managed to slide my dog in when another patient canceled at the last minute. Thank you!

If you haven't been here within the past 2 years, don't bother. I've been coming here for 15+ years with multiple cats but was told I am no longer a customer because I haven't been there within the past 2 years, and they are not taking new customers.

They don’t take walk ins and they aren’t taking new admissions… thought this was a animal hospital. Any other hospital recommendations?
