The police and EMTs are supportive and helpful but the crisis center no. Twice I've had my adult son transferred in severe crisis, non substance related, and twice St Luke's sent him home within a few hours with no medical evaluation other than a tox screening. He talked himself out of a psych admission and was given no medical care! Severely underweight, dehydrated and in pain. It's been several months now and he has worsened. Those people are the last people to call in a crisis

Like most others take away stat wish you could give zeros. The unprofessional staff made my mom feel horrible, they did not comply with any requests notes or demands from doctors and my mom. Was hit in the face with a dodge ball and had the plastic nose part of my glasses pushed into my eyes and I had to dig them out and was told I was over reacting. As a child this was horrifying especially with being diagnosed with chronic migraines and was allowed special medication that the staff refused to give. I was supposed to be allowed inside because heat set off my worst migraines and was not allowed. The court yard is as big as my dorm room today. The tv room was kept at 60 degrees and kids were not allowed to wear but basic clothing excluding socks and no blankets or anything to keep warm. This is a horrible place and made my life and many others worse. -2012

The emergency services here aren't all that great. They put a 6 year old on heavy drugs because his teacher hit him and he pushed her away so she couldn't hit him again. They said his behavior was out of control, drugged him to the point he couldn't even eat, then said he was being noncompliant. He couldn't walk on his own, he was so heavily medicated! I wouldn't send my worst enemy there if you paid me. My son still doesn't trust people very much after this and it's been 16 years.

This was one of the worst experience of my life . i suffer from chronic panic attacks an legit they didnt nothing to help my second night there i was sent to the er because i was freaking out i came back an stayed 2 more days before signing myself out... I left with nothing no meds no back up plan or anything. The hole time i was there we sat in the day room no groups or anything their excuse was short staffed smh never again. I wouldnt come back if it was the only place to go for help!! If your looking for a get away sure but if your looking for mental help this is not the place !!

I spent quite a few days/nights there. Off and on from 11 up to 21. They always were professional, caring, and extremely helpful. I'm 36 now and I believe without a doubt I wouldn't be alive today if it wasn't for the love and passion they had for their work. They gave me the tools I still use today. And that picture of the smoking area triggered so many memories. Thanks to all the professionals who work here and in that field.

horrible. thats all i can really say. the staff should be fired and they are extremely unprofessional. be nicer to the kids there. and make a schedule beforehand so the kids dont have to sit in their rooms with absolutely nothing to do for 2 hours at a time. the food was great, but everything else sucked.

I went here as a kid. I left the next day, thank God, but the one night I was there was absolute HELL. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE, THEY WILL BE ABUSED. I witnessed the staff grab one of the little girls who were acting out and threw her into a room. They locked the door and laughed at her and mocked her while she screamed and cried. Not only is the staff abusive and extremely unprofessional, but the daily routines are TERRIBLE. Wake up, stay in bed until breakfast, have breakfast, have a quick "how do you feel and what will you do today" conversation that lasts an estimate of 5 minutes (not per child, per session) and does nothing to help, go to your room until art time, draw until lunch, eat lunch, have the feelings session, go to your room until dinner, eat dinner, one more feelings session, then go to bed. Repeat every single day. I REPEAT: DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE, IT WILL NOT HELP!!!!!!!!!!!! I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD, THIS PLACE SUCKS.

I love my therapist, she truly cares and has helped me more than I could have hoped. The staff is so respectful, the office is clean and safe. They really care about their patients. I recommend it to anyone in need of services!
