Flavours were great. Execution could've been a bit better. Ordered a Original Grilled cheese with sliced apples. Slices were not evenly sliced & some were very thick. Taste was good but te texture was not. Tomato Basil soup was very delicious. Chopped Salad was missing some items when it was brought out & had to be sent back.

Never had such a hard time going back to work. Best soup ever!!!!!!! I need a nap. Can't tell me that's not the best chicken and vegetables soup you ever had. Sorry Grandma

I've been to this restaurant twice. On my first visit I had the vegetable wrap and a cucumber salad. Both were good and I thought the service was adequate. Sandwiches and salads are made to order and they are very respectful about personal dietary preferences. On my second visit, I had the Beet Salad and thought it was EXCELLENT! Again, service was very good and my salad was prepared very quickly and delivered to my table. I would definitely visit Destination Soups again.

Corn chowder is bomb ! The staff here is nice and welcoming. Prices are great and they have a give back program here.u can prepay for an item or meal for someone who can't afford it. Owner is deep rooted in the community and a great support for local youth orgs

I got a grilled cheese sandwich with chicken and Chipotle mayo, a large mac and cheese, and a cucumber salad. It was all very good. The counter staff were extremely friendly and helpful, it being my first time there.

I was staying for a night in new bedford and came upon this cute little soup shop. I was craving some new england clam chowder and, as I was staying at a hotel up the street, decided to buy a quart size and get it to go. Well, I am a new englander (boston) and this is the worst clam chowder I have ever had in my life!!!! All corn starch, potatoes, and maybe a hint of clams. It has ZERO flavor, and absolutely no salt content (which it could use). I ended up chucking the whole thing after going back and trying several times. I don't know how they get away from making a chowder this bland and tasteless. On the positive side, the people working there were very nice.

One of the first restaurants to believe in New Bedford and grow as the city has grown. Don't miss my favorites: Wunderkind Salad with hummus or chicken (try it as a wrap!), all the soups especially gazpacho with avocado and don't miss the pop-up specials! I especially appreciate how this team works together in support of our downtown and greater New Bedford community. Soups ON!

I didn't plan on going to Destination Soups, but the name was so intriguing that I couldn't resist. I ended up ordering a salad, and it turned out to be one of the best salads I've ever had. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which only added to the positive experience. While I can't vouch for the soup, I can definitely recommend the salads here. So if you're in the area and craving some fresh greens, Destination Soups might just be the perfect spot for you.

I would highly recommend this place. The environment was very welcoming. The restaurant was clean and the staff were very informative and friendly. I ordered the Rick Cheese sandwich and I will say it's the best grilled cheese I've ever had. The flavors match so well together and the bread was perfectly toasted.

They have damn good soup. I used to work downtown and would try to go once a week, especially in the winter, but now, even though I have to go out of my way, I try to go as much as possible

love going there. Every day they have a really great creamy chicken soup that has vegetables and potatoes, that's my go-to if I'm not in the mood for one of their daily specials. Everyone also loves their Mac n cheese, and their Ceasar Salad Wrap is delicious. <3

There isn't a bad item on their menu! I get lunch here often and have never been disappointed! The soups and chili are really good! The buffalo chicken grilled cheese is the best!!!

Destination Soups is a fantastic spot for lunch. Great soup options, sandwiches (grilled cheese!!), and salads. The creamy tomato basil soup is practically its own food group - so yummy. They have indoor and outdoor seating, and offer takeout. They also accept debit/credit cards for payment. If you're able, please consider purchasing a food item to donate for their gift wall "for those who could use a little help." These are like gift certificates that someone in need can use to get some nourishment. You can buy things like a sandwich, soup, or other items. Just ask at the counter. There are people in the area who use them, and it's great if you're able to help.

Love this place just wish they were open on weekends or open later on weekdays again because I never get to go anymore but if you can go for lunch it’s always great

Great food and exceptional service. Very fresh and clean and definitely the best place to get soup year round on the south coast. All of the salads are exceptional as well making this a great place to stop any time of the year. Highly recommend.
