Great experience from start to finish. Our captains were great and told us all about the landmarks.... And knew when to let us just have fun. Great sailing and service. Highly recommend.

This was the most amazing sail ever! Our group had so much fun, I would definitely recommend this to anyone considering it. We were on Starlight and Sophie was our Captain and she was the absolute best! She was so knowledgeable about every single thing we asked her about. It was incredible because I feel like we asked her a million questions and she had all of the answers. It is obvious Sophie is extremely experienced and loves what she does. We wanted a group photo and she didn't mind snapping some pictures for us as well. She was also very gracious and polite when she didn't have to be. My 80 year old Uncle joined us and after we returned to the dock and all got off he stayed behind to chat her up, asking for her card and things like that. It was kind of annoying because we had asked how frequently she takes people sailing and turns out she only had a 15 minute break in between. My family kept trying get him to come on but he is kind of difficult and doesn't really consider things like that so she continued talking to him and didn't seem bothered at all. Sorry about that Sophie and thank you so much for an unforgettable experience, you are awesome!

Dan, Matt and the rest of the crew were the best tour guides we’ve ever had. They were hilarious and knowledgeable about Newport history. Their great energy and welcoming atmosphere made for an amazing experience even with rainy and uncertain weather. We had the best time on board with them. Thank you!!

Captain Ben and his crew were funny, informative made the afternoon trip a delight. Bonus: they allow bringing one’s own adult beverages onboard. Opened a bottle of wine while onboard and enjoyed the smooth sailing.

There are a bunch of boat tours in Newport, but I highly recommend these guys! Great customer service; we accidentally booked a tour the week prior to our trip and they fit us onto a different boat during our stay in Newport. Their hospitality on the boat is great. Good conversationalists, super knowledgable locals, and have connections if you're looking for recommendations in other harbors. All around exactly what you'd like out of a sightseeing company.

It’s such a special experience to be on a real sail boat! You get to see the crews in action. At the same time, feeling the sea breeze on your face and having a drink of morning mimosa. The crews are considerate and friendly. They also tell you some interesting stories of the sights nearby. I highly recommend it!

We took a harbor tour on their beautiful sailboat! It was very impressive! It was my birthday and we were on a Rhode Island vacation. Perfect! A crew of 3 handled the boat expertly.

We sailed with Sarah yesterday for a private afternoon charter and it was incredible! It was our first time doing this. She made our experience amazing and she was so knowledgeable + made us feel so welcome! It’s great to see someone who you can genuinely see they love what they do! From the check- in process, start to finish, everyone was so nice! We can’t wait to go again!

We did the sunset sail with aquidneck and it was a great experience. The whole crew was awesome and they were very knowledgeable of the history of Newport and it's surrounding houses. 10/10 would recommend the sunset sail. It was a stunning time of day.

What an awesome time my boyfriend and I had on this sailing adventure! We went on a morning Mimosa sail late in October and it was so much fun! The crew told us lots of history about the sights we saw around Newport - these included Jackie Kennedy’s childhood home, the famous ‘House on the Rock’, and Fort Adams. The mimosas were pretty much bottomless - and delicious! The ride was extremely smooth and calming. I tend to get motion sick and this didn’t bother me at all! Super fun and totally worth every penny. Make sure to bring a few dollars in cash to tip the crew at the end!

Site sailing was a lot of fun. My family and I went there for a Champagne Sunset Cruise on our first night in Newport. The tour guide was friendly, funny, and knowledgeable while the drinks kept flowing.

Wonderful and relaxing experience. We went on the sunset tour and we were delighted with the tour, the staff and the views. We received complimentary champagne, water, and soft drinks. I highly recommend Sightsailing of Newport. Give yourself enough time to find paid parking (there is no free parking around).

We did the Sunset Champagne Cruise and it was a great time! The crew, Darren, Dan and Joel, were fantastic and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Sightsailing trips!

Had a fun time on the Aquidneck for the champagne sunset cruise. Friendly, informative crew who were happy to answer questions, interact with guests while we sailed around Newport harbor & Narragansett bay. We were served champagne that is included in the price as soon as we set sail & they offer complimentary beer & water too. The weather was awesome when we started sailing though it was quite windy & got colder as the sun started setting. Definitely carry a light jacket or sweatshirt with you. It was a nice relaxing evening- I only wish the sunset had been one of those wow kinda sunsets, but hey, no one has control over Mother Nature!

Visiting from Colorado, we did the sunset cruise, and I can't say enough about the cruise. The captain and his crew were very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and pleasant. They were very clear with the safety instructions, and made it clear that safety was a priority. The views were spectacular, the sunset was gorgeous. The drinks were nice. The price was very well worth the tour. If you don't take the opportunity to go on the cruise, you're really missing out. I was very pleased to see that the captain and his crew did NOT talk the entire time, encouraging you to take in the views, explore and ask questions as they arise.
