DONT GO HERE. Nurse DID NOT WASH HAND OR WEAR GLOVES HUGE RED FLAG. The funding here is either non existent or incompetent, they on multiple occasions hung the IV bag on (whatever see pictures) cause they can't afford IV poles ?? I got brought in at 7pm, ultrasound and ct scan and at 11 I was told of a shift change and they would be closing the wing and keeping me there regardless, from that point nobody checked on us til we called and had them discharge us that was AS time of writing 2:40am. Go to Providence or even fall river

This was my second visit to this emergency room and I waited almost 12 hours each time. This time there was no resolution nor next steps. I waited hours to get a CT scan and Ultrasound, hours to get discharged and was treated like I did not matter. I informed them of my intolerance to Ibuprofen both times and was was going to be medicated Ibuprofen. One of the nurses kept making remarks as if I was there the day before, if she looked in my chart she would have seen that I was not. The nurses did not properly note my concerns nor my progress/answers to the questions they had asked through the night. While the nurse tried to put in an IV she pooped/punctured my vein to far in as a result I am still left with a big bruise on one of the arms she damaged. She kept putting the needle in and out of my arm to get drops of blood. She stated my veins were really good she just isn’t able to get any blood. I was already in a lot of pain which was visible, before she pricked me with the needle I did mention that I was a bit phobic to needles. After being unsuccessful for several minutes, she left the room without saying anything and did not clean up after herself, leaving everything on the table and did not come back. I waited a few hours until another nurse came in Gerryann and she questioned if the nurse drew my blood and was able to get an IV since it showed incomplete but the labels were printed. She was able to get my vein immediately. But I waited hours after that to see the Doctor who ordered a CT scan and hours after that to get the CT scan and hours after that for the ultrasound and without warning of the provider change a new doctor came in and with little to no answers about my condition and pain discharged me. I would never recommend anyone to go to this facility. The bathrooms were unhygienic the rooms did not smell clean and not only will you wait to long for answers you will not get any.

This hospital is absolute trash. I was treated here yesterday and was barely helped. They told me to come back if my pain became unbearable , which it has. I have now currently been in the waiting room for 12hours and 36 min. The secretary told another gentleman who’s been here all night that the ER ‘ doesn’t open until 9am.’ Since when does emergency care have hours of operations? Myself and several patients have had our vital signs taken over 3 times to make sure we’re ‘ healthy enough to wait.’ I have never been more disgusted or felt more abused by a medical facility in my life. If I wasn’t curled into a ball in pain in this waiting room as I have been for almost 13 hours, I would’ve gone elsewhere. Or, it would’ve been nice for a staff member to recommend seeking medical help elsewhere because at this point people could die waiting here. I witnessed and 89 year old man with a pace maker get denied a blanket over night and was forced to wait 11 hours to be seen. Absolutely disgraceful, abusive and the definition of medical malpractice .

The care at this place is sad. They treated my father horribly and tried to send him home with a brain bleed and refused to give him another scan. His face was dropping and they put in his chart that he said it was chronic which is 100 percent false. They are always trying to cover themselves. We are leaving and going to Boston for better care. Sad this place is even allowed to operate anymore. I only ever hear bad things about this place, turns out they are all true. UPDATE: 3 days after being released my dad wasn’t feeling well so we brought him back to Tony. Turns out he needed emergency brain surgery and wouldn’t make it to Boston so they rushed him to St Luke’s. The surgeon was great and so was the anesthesiologist. But now it’s been 3 days since his surgery and they want to release him again without another scan! I’m not understanding the logic here. He almost died because of THEIR neglect and now they are doing it again

Been to this hospital many times but last night was the absolute worst and most embarrassing experience I ever had here. I suffer from chronic panic attacks and last night I was freaking out so bad that I was convinced I was having a heart attack so I had my girlfriend call 911. Not to my surprise, I wasn’t brought into a room but just left out in hallway. I explained to the nurses that I felt numb and was really really hot but they were not taking my concerns seriously at all. I kid you not, I BEGGED them 3 or 4 times for just a cup of water. They said I couldn’t have any water until I was brought into a room. Mind you this was a Saturday night. This place was PACKED. I don’t understand how this hospital is still operational. The ER waiting room is ALWAYS packed with people, theres never enough rooms available in this place. I live literally 2 minutes from this hospital and its a shame that whenever I feel like I’m having an emergency I have to contemplate wether taking a 2 minute drive to an awful hospital or a 30 minute drive to St. Annes. St. Lukes either needs new ownership or to just be shut down completely, this place is a joke. Never come here if you’re a New Bedford resident.

Do not go to this ER. The people working at the reception counter are rude and disrespectful. Waited 5 hours for chest pain. We left without getting any medical results/treatment. Asked for results to be sent to us, didn’t even try to make that happen. An embarrassment for medical professionals everywhere. I will never return and make a point to tell everyone not to go there.

Had to come here last winter due to being put out on the streets and got a COVID-19 test had to sleep in ER waiting room. Got kicked out at 7am with pain in my kidneys and thought it was just bloating. Checked back in the next day with severe pain and was informed that I was COVID-19 positive. Hospital let me stay outside for 24 hours without telling me my diagnosis and risked my life. Had to have my mother stay with me was told I could then I couldn't leave room to use bathroom. My mother who is blind and wheelchair bound with cancer and other health impairments couldn't even get a sandwich or meal because staff were very hostile. Will never come back to this hospital. Raycroft Kruger should be ashamed of himself for running such a poor health care system and immediately resign!

Unfortunately I had a awful experience here at Saint Luke’s Hospital in New Bedford. When I had arrived, we waited for a room for almost two hours, although it was very busy at the time. Then when I had received a room we waited another hour just for a nurse to come give me fluids and things to take the edge off some of the pain I was dealing with. Soon after I had to get a ct scan and when I came back from that I waited TWO HOURS FOR A NURSE to come to my aid again. Then the worst of all, I was misdiagnosed with someone else’s ct scan and I was told at first I need to go to Boston Children’s Hospital or one in RI. Then the doctor came in after being rude the first time telling me she has read the wrong report and I was free to go home. Even though I was not in any life threatening case, still would have liked to receive some type of help from anyone without having to wait hours on end. All in all one nurse was amazing and came right in but the rest were always busy and understaffed.

I understand it's a hospital they get busy, but 12 hours of waiting just to come find out an hour after checking me in they checked me out! Then had the audacity to blame me for not listening for my name ... Hello I waited 12 hours for my name to be called and never was! This hospital needs to be shut down I'll be contacting my lawyers because of this

My son who was 2 yrs old at the time had a high fever of 103.4 and was having some trouble breathing due to Asthma. Told my husband to take him to the hospital. He went to St. Luke’s.. how in the world did this hospital just gave our baby some Tylenol and sent them home still with a fever. Thank God our Pedi Doctor saw our baby the same day. I’m new to Massachusetts and I have heard some horror stories from people about this Hospital, but didn’t believe until what they didn’t do for my baby. Very Unprofessional. Don’t recommend. 0 Stars

Just drive to toby or Charlton. You will sit in a hall and never see a soul again. Hr after hr wait and wait not even a hi or a chair, stand and wait. Better response at cvs for medical attention. All the beds filled with od's or homeless keeping warm

Please don't come to this hospitals ER, save yourself the trouble and go straight to St. Anne's. I went in at 12pm noon for severe abdominal pain and nausea and my vitals were taken almost immediately. Fast right? Wrong. They took my vitals, told me to go back to the waiting room, and left me and my mother waiting there for FIVE HOURS. I fainted from pain four seperate times and the receptionist could barely be bothered to pass us an ice pack. My poor mother is sitting there with her passed out daughter crying her eyes out and these dumb ladies were just making tiktoks!! Then after five hours they put me on a gourney in the. Middle. Of. The. HALL. Five hours just to have her miss my vein when taking blood three times and for them to give me an iv drip. That was it. Go to urgent care please and don't bother with this no class having hospital. Also, one of their main elevators is broken so if you're having trouble walking, maybe they'll give you an ice pack and have you take the stairs.

The maturity ward is horrible if you are the father. most of the nurses don't acknowledge you. there isn't one comfortable place to sleep.I was there for 5 nights and every room we was moved to was even more uncomfortable than the last.the worst room i have ever been in in my life was the postpartum room.it was directly above where the ambulance BACK IN yes that means all you hear all DAY and NIGHT is the backup alarm on every ambulance. you also have to go down to the cafeteria and buy every meal while you're there or you can order out food and have to meet the delivery driver outside of the hospital.so if you are a female having a baby you are treated like a queen you will be in beds that cost more than some cars.if you are the father you will be treated as if you don't belong there and they will do nothing to help you feel comfortable. no matter how long your stay has been or how many hours of sleep you've had.I've slept on furniture from Bob's discount furniture and gotten better knights sleep .so good luck to all Father's that have no other choice then to go to Saint Luke's.

I was at St. Luke's Hospital yesterday. Arrived at 2:30 p.m. and after going into triage, sat for 6-1/2 hours with no care or help. Felt like I was going to pass out, so went there for help. I could hear people talking that they had been there since 8 a.m. and were still waiting to be seen. Finally at 8:30 p.m., I left. This is so sad and I still feel awful today. If the hospital is at full capacity, then say so so people can go elsewhere instead of wasting all this time for absolutely nothing. Horrible hospital, horrible people. Can't answer your questions and don't know anything. Let's build a new hospital who will care for patients and treat patients the way they should be treated. How they can expect people to wait for hours in an emergency room. It's an emergency room, not a walk in center. GET IT TOGETHER ALREADY!!!!

I went in explaining that I was in need of my anti seizure medicine. When asked about previous meds I explained that my dr had given me a 10 day prescription for lorazepam to help me sleep and eat due to anxiety 30 days ago. I was then told by the er dr that the only way they can help me was for me to go into a treatment center...for a med that I haven't taken in 15 days! They then continued to tell me that they wouldn't give me any anti siezure meds and that I had enough in my system to get me to a doctor. I was treated as though I was a drug addict. I would NEVER recommend this hospital

My mother -in- law was brought into the ER at 3-330 in the afternoon and at 10 pm still waiting to be seen by DR. She has not gotten any help what so ever from the nursing staff they completely ignore all her and the other patients call buttons. This has got to be the worst hospital in the area. They should be ashamed of the quality of care they are providing.

I have been dealing with St.Luke's for over 10 years and I can say without question, they are hack at best. Real bad. For the first 3 years they couldn't diagnose my Crohns Disease, finally Mass Gen diagnosed me in one hour ! They told me it was in my head and hinted at drug shopping, something they do with everyone. The real secret is the staff and doctors need to be surprise drug tested but that won't happen because they would have to close the hospital there is so much illegal drug use in their you can see it. The next time I need medical care I'll go to St.Anne's or Mass Gen. Neighter of these two want St.Luke's overflow.

Currently in the waiting room of the ER, came in by ambulance due to debilitating pain in my stomach and chest with major difficulty breathing. Been waiting for over 5 hours and there's people here that have been waiting for 12hrs to see someone!! They keep checking our vitals every 2-3 hours to make sure we're "okay enough to wait for treatment" I'm assuming so we don't die in the lobby. Absolutely disgusting! Don't Ever Come To This ER!!!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. Edit: waited for 7hrs to find out my severe pain was from a gallbladder attack and I needed surgery to remove it! Came in at almost 4am and wasnt seen until about 10am for something that required surgery!!

The customer service is so poor within the ER ! The actual medical staff are kind , but the girls that sit at the registration desk (and have no actual medical certifications )are the ones I’m referring to . I work within the hospital setting myself. I’m fully aware of the misunderstandings between patients and the actual severity of their reasons for going to the ER . I understand being the Face of the waiting room can be overwhelming. But Not only did these girls speak to me like I was beneath them , they were on their phones taking Selfies of themselves. Why would you be taking pictures of yourself at any occupation? You’re being payed to work. I also overheard the receptionist discussing a stroke stand-by patient , and the occurrence that she had with the patients family . Not only is that a hippa violation , but she spoke down on the patients family . I’m not one to complain , especially when I’ve been both a medical professional AND a patient . This occurrence was Very unprofessional and it made the hospital look crazy .

Would have given this a negative star but couldn’t. The pediatric unit is a disgrace for its care. My daughter showing signs of a major bacterial infection and they refused to do any work ups except for covid and discharged her!! Appalled by this lack of care for a child and would recommend traveling elsewhere, ANYWHERE else for medical care.

I went to my pcp on Wednesday morning at 1115 on 2/20. I was having a terrible issue breathing my chest was so tight and I couldn’t stop coughing and throwing up. My pcp asked me to go by ambulance to st Luke’s. He said they would give me a prednisone shot to open my airways and i would be all done and could leave. I suggested to just drive there after he gave me a breathing treatment. So I did, I got to st Luke’s at 1pm, signed in, and let the receptionist know I was only there for a shot. She had the look of “yeah, okay, sit down and wait for your name” I said “isn’t it in there I’m only here for prednisone and then I can leave. “ She said we will triage you. Sit down and wait for your name” I naturally got upset. My chest was so congested I was coughing it felt like cement in there. 5 hours later.... they want me to stay. One doctor says there’s nothing in the X-ray a nurse says you have pneumonia. So I said “how are you gonna fix this. I’ve been feeling this way for almost 3 weeks still no result” the doctor -the non pneumonia diagnosis doctor- we will give you steroids and breathing treatments” and I’ve had plenty of those and no result!!!! So they said we’ll get you a room we’ll get you better. Received absolutely nothing for the coughing and aches from being sick. Received another breathing treatment with no salvation. Tired but can’t lay flat because I feel like I’m drowning. Wheezing uncomfortable. An adivan and benedryl later. Still no comfort. Let the nurse know that didn’t help she pretty much said “not calling the doctor anymore you can deal with it. “ yes I quoted that. A waste of time and nothing solved. Can I have my money back? Or does the medical field not allow that for shawty work?

Okay first off having to be there and do nothing but get a IV in to draw blood samples and then have a saline drip and then later get a cat scan should NOT have taken from 9:20 am to about 6:30pm just because my insurance was not active at the time I went is absolutely ridiculous. But the nurse who was working with me was very nice and knew I was a little scared about getting my blood drawn (because last time someone nicked a nerve of mine and that hurt like hell) she was very nice and knew what she was doing even with my tiny tiny veins. And once I got the okay to leave she brought me two sanfwhiches and a few drinks since I hadn't had anything to eat or drink (minus the saline bag) all day. But to have someone just sit and wait in the emergency room for 9 hours just because their regular insurance was not currently active is a bunch of bull.

I love how they get to stand at the door and tell u as a mom u can't go in the ER with your child because they determine it not essential. It would do this hospital alot of good to take a course in bedside manner and communication! They need to focus on what matters instead of trying to JUST make MONEY! Oh and they are working SOME of there staff throughout to the bone and with no hazard pay! So no. From now on I'll drive further if given any chance to do so!

Why is there no warning of a 3-5 hr Emergency room visit ? To some degree there should be a mention or notice beforehand that way the ER receptionist on the night shift wouldn’t have to show an attitude, or be unempathetic and belittling to simple questions

This is the worst place you can ever be if sick. Go in there with a heart condition and test after test the answer is I think this is the problem. I had enough and discharged myself. Then I stupidly go back there the next day with the same issue and the first thing the do, is check me in with the wrong name. Then they leave some with a clear heart problem, out in the lobby for two hours. So I walked out. Do yourself a favor. Stay away from this place if you have any chronic issue.

Been sitting here with 2 kids one whom has been sick for 3 days getting worse with fever sweats and bad cough with underlying asthma for 5 hours in the waiting room 1:38 am woman next to us has been here for over 9 and left We came here as a last resort as she is getting sicker and nothing is helping. Never coming here again. I’d rather drive hours away to get better care than drive 10 mins to this dumpster fire of a hospital. They are going around asking for names so many people have left without being treated because they couldn’t bare to sit here sick or in pain anymore. Sad is an understatement. If I could give this zero stars I would.

They only care about money and not life went there with a situation where i was passing blood in my stool and after explaining i dont have insurance but was willing to pay was denied access to a procedure that would have stopped the bleedind and was reffered to an outside GI. The doctor gave some not so good explanation and wasnt genuine. Point was i told them to bill me because am willing to pay. Bleeding still continues!!!

I really wish we birthed our baby elsewhere. Some nurses where great but anesthesiologist had no idea what he was doing it and stated it clearly to the mother and I. As well as some nurses were completely rude and out of line with their comments and recommendations as if they were the doctor then became more rude when the doctor did the opposite of what they expected... seems like sheer laziness to me and poor management. Charleton is worse and the anesthesiologist was from there. Will never use south coast for anything again.

Worst experience of my life. The ED staff was rude. They don't know how to treat anxiety. When I lost my ability to speak and started using sign language, they didn't ask for help with communicating, they only said "ma'am, we don't know what you're saying". The overnight social worker is incompetent. They forgot to feed me. I spiked a fever. Now I have a copay that I refuse to pay and they tell me that their "services and care" are billable. Don't go if you don't have to.

We had our daughter on 12/26/21 and it was an amazing experience despite her early and unexpected arrival and extremely fast delivery. All of the level 2 nurses were amazing and we owed a HUGE thank you to Nurse Rhonda who got me through the most painful experience of my life with the utmost patience and kindness. We absolutely loved everyone there and we’re so thankful to have our daughter cared by them. We will be delivering our son there in just 9 weeks and I hope we have the same team of nurses! Everything was clean and they supplied all of the postpartum essentials AND SOME! We were also allowed to stay in a vacant room during my daughters stay in the nursery which was a huge relief considering we were first time parents and wanted to be near our baby. Each transition my daughter made, we were given a full explanation for and as much time to bond with her as we wanted. Thank you St. Luke’s labor and delivery and level 2 nurses, we will forever cherish the memories from our week spent there!

My husband fell ill with Pneumonia and St. Luke's treated him very well for the 4 days he was there. We moved swiftly through the ER and he had a bed in less than 3hrs. They tended well and weren't to overbearing like most hospitals. They aids and nurses were right on call and the doctors came when expected. Good place!

My husband and I welcomed our first little one in this hospital, plus stayed an additional 6 days due to my labor. Everyone here was absolutely amazing to my husband and I. Doctors, nurses, staff made it feel as much as home as it could be. Everyone was kind, caring, and attentive. I have to bring specific recognition and gratitude to Doctor Pope, Liz, and Sherry. They were and are extraordinary people who made a new, sometimes scary experience - comfortable. With COVID happening I couldn't have my family there when I welcomed my first little one into this world, but I honestly felt like I did. Doctor Pope, Liz, and Sherry thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being there for us every step of the way. We felt loved.

On the 31 st of July I was rushed to the ER with severe stomach pain and at first they took there time with paperwork and such, then they could see my condition was getting worse by the minute, then they went to work and I want to say they were a 10 out of 10 they worked so hard to get me everything they could give me but nothing helped. I had to have emergency surgery to save my life , they did! I have the utmost respect for them and the work they did they are all heroes and I love them all THANK YOU ALL and thank you for saving my life 😊

Everyone at Shields MRI ha been so nice to me, from the moment I rang the buzzer to get in until the moment I left. I appreciate all of their employees and the help that I have received over the last two years.

I had a surgical procedure done here today. From start to finish I can’t say enough about the wonderful care I received. Dr. Martin and her team were so thorough, the nurses and everyone involved were so kind and helpful. I am grateful I had them during this experience.

My son got his inflated appendix removed recently, and this is the place where I brought my son, they did a really good job removing it, the doctors and nurses are really nice to me and my son. We had a little chat with each other there and there and also I loved how the team managed to keep ourselves calm and relaxed during a serious and stressful situation. Would recommend highly!

My grandmother has a sickness where she can’t breathe properly so she went to this hospital and is currently using their oxygen tank and she supposed to be at 99 angle so her head doesn’t fall back so she asked the nurse for one pillow. She asked for another one, the nurse handed , another one, but she put it straight up when my grandmother wanted it horizontal so my grandmother asked nicely and the nurse to do so, and the nurse Irene said then do it yourself, throwing it in my grandmother’s face, knowing she can’t move Properly, or breathe then continued to ignore my grandmothers calls she didn’t have break-feast until 11:23 which is obvi lunch they only come to ask if she needs anything when the family’s are there

Went for abscess and broken tooth in the weekend. They took me, waited for 3 hours for the doctor to tell me they don't do teeth. So why didn't the receptionist tell me? Oh I know why, money!! Waste of my time!!

They neglected my wife after she had a C-section, didn't tell us how much we needed to feed our baby & so she ended up with severe colic last night, to which a pediatrician told us "she's starving". She could've died. 99% of the nurses were cold & rude at the hospital, giving us no direction whatsoever, & to top it all off, my wife left her wallet there & called to see if they could bring it to the front entrance since she is still recovering, & they refused & told her she needed to go upstairs to get it. This place is a butcher shop. Do not ever go here for labor & delivery, it's a nightmare & they will only hurt your baby.

My dad received wonderful care here. The nurses were so kind and patient. They went above and beyond to help him. The doctors were thorough and easy to contact. They kept our family well informed. Dad needed to go on to short term rehab. The case managers worked tirelessly to find him a good placement. My family has had an increased need for medical care for my aging parents. This experience was by far the best!

I went to St Luke's with my mother who was doubled over in pain, we sat in the ER for 4 1/2 hours without being seen. After checking in with the front desk several times to get the status of when she would be seen, the nurse said "I can take her to another hospital if I want" so that's exactly what I did. Come to find out my mother's liver is enlarged covered in tumors. DON'T GO TO ST LUKE'S FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN A SPLINTER!! HORRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNER AND EVEN WORSE MEDICAL CARE!!!

This is for St.Lukes Surgical Center. My 91 yr.old father was treated like a king today. The staff was friendly, soft spoken and kind. Everyone seemed happy to be at work today from reception to the woman who brought him out to the car. It was a long long day. The pleasant staff made it easy to endure and they make excellent coffee. Thanks guys.

I heard all the horror stories about this hospital before I even moved here. My family lives down here and I came here to be with them. I’ve been there at least four times in three years maybe more. Have I had problems in the ED? Well yes I have. A Dr. who was an asshat from hell, a four or five hour wait and a nurse learning to put in a catheter. That was fun. ON the other hand, I had a nurse and a nursing assistant let me hold their arms for a long period of time while I was having a panic attack, I had breathing people encouraging me to DO IT ONE more time when I wanted to give up, And I had a clean room. My point being is that there is good and bad at St Luke’s but the good far outweighs the bad

Review for maternity ward. My husband and I were extremely pleased with our overall experience. I had a scheduled csection and hospital stay for 4 days. My doctor, Karen Smith, is phenomenal. Highly recommended. She is all business and we loved that. She also is an amazing surgeon performing a flawless csection. We loved all the RN's, they really were fantastic. Brianna and Kara you rock! The lactating consultants were AMAZING! Michelle, we love you!!! The anesthesiologists were truly awesome too. Very comforting in nervous times. Checking in with me during and after the procedure. Friendly, warm and comforting. We will be coming back for our next planned delivery. I'm only leaving a 4 star review because my poor husband was SO uncomfortable during our stay. The pull out beds were terrible. Dads deserve to have a comfortable sleep too. I felt so bad the last 2 nights I shared the hospital bed with him. I was also disappointed that I was only offered a meal during our stay, dad should be included and offered a meal too. Instead it is expected that dads go to the cafeteria. - Harmony

I am a very healthy person who came in this past summer with a very odd illness that was diagnosed as an odd type of tick bacteria. I believe the doctors, nurses and staff at the hospital saved my life. Thank you so much and God bless everyone in the ER at St Lukes.

We went to St. Luke’s at the suggestion of my wife’s PCP in Boston for symptoms of Bells Palsy and a question of a stroke. We were seen very promptly and had a CT right away which showed a partial blockage of a right carotid artery. The ED physician was very thorough and thought there were possible concerning physical signs. He wanted to admit her for an MRI but, in view of her history, her PCP wanted her transferred to the Brigham in Boston. She was in an ambulance to Boston in 45 minutes. There, she was ultimately thought to have had a TIA. Her Bell’s was treated with steroids and improved over two weeks. All told, excellent job at St.Luke’s.

Fabulous service, friendly front staff, and most importantly efficient from tablet availability for health information - to changing room - to technician before scan, very conscientious of your comfort during the test and communication throughout. A 30min test seemed like 10. Hats off to the staff.

The tech nurse was incredibly condescending and rude. She began by asking me the routine questions. When she asked me where the pain was. I showed her. She followed up by asking me if I was in pain, when I said no, she replied by asking me "why I was there then?" As well as "why I pointed to my exterior and anterior". I was completely taken aback by this as I am in not in constant pain unless standing long periods of time, which we had already gone over that. She then told me I would not be able to get my mri because of a lip piercing. She had me take my mask off to show her. I had already asked ahead of time as this is not my first mri on this knee, I am fully aware that I have to remove all piercings. I made sure to ask over the phone as I was unable to remove it myself. She then tried to tell me I was going in head first for a knee injury, she later came back and told me she was incorrect. I was very understanding of the fact that things were running behind so much so that I wasn't even seen until an hour after my scheduled time. I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable and shocked, as I have always heard such great things about this location and that's why I chose it, but unfortunately I will never return here again.

Avoid this place if you can. I sat in the ER waiting room for over 3 hours in excruciating pain. You all watched me squirm and did nothing. No one offered me any pain medication or even checked to see if I was ok. I left and went home and I passed a kidney stone that night. I’d rather die than visit this plan in an emergency again. Avoid this horrible establishment and go elsewhere if possible.

Horrible bedside manner, I dropped my cousin off at 10pm and stayed with her until 5am. I had to get home, so I went home and came back at 10 am and they wouldn’t let me see her even tho her stuff is signed off by me and I was the one who brought her. Very unprofessional and I’ll never ever ever bring my family here again. Go to charlton hospital!
