If I could leave no stars I would. Apparently Franco’s is into false advertisement. For a medium pizza (which came with 8 SMALL slices) we were charged $30. We were told that the online prices and over the phone pricing are apparently different. We ordered a half sheet so didn’t question it however the employee got the order wrong. Instead of admitting a mistake she argued and hung up. Apparently we are living in times where customer satisfaction does not matter. We will not be ordering from there again And will also make sure to tell others not to as well. Here is a photo of our $30 “medium pizza” next to a $9 small pizza ordered else where .

March 2022 update. I placed an order thru uber eat. Order was delivered on time. However the chicken Alfredo I ordered was completely wrong. The chicken was dry and overcooked, no sauce at all. So I call to explain about my food, the lady who handle the call was rude and defensive. I understand food mistakes happen. But how dare you tell me I lying about a $20. Order. So now I will just post the pic on a review. I been coming here for years. Not anymore. Update 2021- I haven't had a bag experience since that day. Food always good and friendly staff. I been coming here for years for the homemade cake. I updated this review after some time and a few more visits. Even during covid they rocked. Food is good. I work at a hotel front desk, so i send alot of business here, unfortunately the lady at 2 am on 2/5/17 had the worst attitude ever. I do understand its late, but my company sends alot of business and has your menus on display for our guest. That just may change. Nobody has to deal with bad customer service in 2017. Just very unprofessional and rude. I hope that changes so i can change my rating.

I went in to Franco's on a whim. I could smell the food from down the street. I went and placed my order then went to the store to grab a few things about 15 minutes or so. When I got back my order was ready to go. The employees were very nice and the food was great. I finished everything. So, I don't have any pictures because I ate everything. Next time! Also I won't be eating a calzone from anywhere else.

Dinky, greasy little pizza joint. Their pizza was admittedly pretty decent, although their prices are pretty bad. $15.29 for two standard-size slices and two bottled drinks was way too much. Probably wouldn't return, but it's not a terrible place for a quick bite, either.

This is my first time writing a review as it is not in my personality to do so. My roommate and I decided to buy some food on our walk back to our apartment. I ordered ten wings which when I went home to eat were pink and uncooked. I called to let them know for them to state I either could A. Drop the wings off for store credit B. Drop the wings up and pick up new ones or C. Pay $15 for delivery and exchange the old wings for new ones. Horrible customer service that punishes the customer for their mistake and almost causing food poisoning.

Just paid $18 for the smallest calzone I've ever seen. Cheese fries, with no cheese included lol. The steak subs were so so. I used to frequent Franco's often in the past, & it's a little surprising how much the food had fallen off. Disappointed

Me and my pops went to grab bite. We each got 2 slices, they were really nice, soft, warm and not greasy at all. The owner came to our table and talked with us which was really nice so if you're going there during a trip or something definitely talk to him 😁

I order a large catering order with very late notice given to the staff. They were very kind and they said, " We will make it happen". The driver was right on time and the food was absolutely wonderful. They even sent plates and plastic silverware. I had forgotten to get that also.

No lie, this has got to be the best pizza place within city limits, especially so close to the hospitals. Their luna pizzas a super meal for a single slice; and you just can’t replace all the amazing unique pizzas they have there. Go give them money, time…meow…

My husband and I stopped in for our 1st time to grab something to take home. He got the Chicken Parm sub, I got the Philly Steak, and we got a small cheese calzone and some fries dough. We were both blown away, it was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be stopping again. The staff was very friendly. We will be back again. They should open a location on the North side of Oneida Lake close to Bernhards Bay..

This might be one of the best pizza by the slice spots. I didn’t expect a gallon of garlic butter sauce on top of my slice, but it was very welcome. I also got marinara included on the side.

Ordered breakfast from them & it was worth it. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the French toast was phenomenal. Downfall no silverware or napkins. Other then that I’d definitely order again.

Order Breakfast pizza for pick up at 7:15 am. Place was closed no one there. Lights off. I ordered the day before over the phone. I was told yes we will be open and have it ready. Lights off no one home! Went to Di Lauro's Bakery and Pizza. Very friendly and open! I was a fan of Franco's. I will follow up with a call to them about this. I'll repost what they have to say. Wow. Responce was well I got there at 7:15 you should have waited longer.......

I love the food here. I'm gluten free and love that they have zoodles and almond flour calzones and stromboli. My kids want pizza on Fridays and there aren't a lot of options where I can enjoy the take out too. The reason for my rating is everytime I order from there it takes way too long. We usually order on Fridays, and I know its busy. We ordered at 4:45 yesterday, were told 1 hour, and it arrived at 6:30. That's an hour and 45 minutes for a pizza and a calzone.

Our spaghetti and chicken riggies were so old that they were crunchy. My meatballs and garlic bread were charred black and inedible. We tried giving the food a shot and BOTH of us wound up with food poisoning. We know better than to order specific food from a restaurant like this later in the evening but never thought anyone would serve something so inedible. Really loved being stuck on the toilet all day, Franco's. Definitely do not recommend.

What a nice little shop. Made my Syracuse trip complete having some great food at a cheap price. Great vibes, amazing food, and awesome workers. 10/10 would come here again! Not throwing any shade but would come here over XO Taco for food 🤣

Ordered pizza and wings via Uber eats. Took 20 minutes and they stated it was ready for pickup. Cool. Got there and it wasn’t even ready yet. Had to wait another 10 minutes in store before it was ready. Wings were really good. Pizza was meh and seemed slightly under cooked (rushed out of the oven?).

The service is great, they are very polite and helpful. The gluten free pizza is excellent! It is a thinner crust but still flavorful and is still good the next day which is unheard of for gluten free pizza! The traditional pizza is tasty as well, fairly standard with big slices- just like what you see in the movies. Only had pizza but I would say this place is worth a try. Also got some killer coupons for the next visit!
