Workers are very rude and provides poor customer service. Very unsatisfied went shopping at one of my favorite stores. To have a worker to follow me around the store while trying to shop. Also making insult and harassment for looking at perfumes and smelling perfumes I’m trying to purchase. Didn’t take any merchandise out of box was out in the open. Took lid off to sniff smell scents to make a selection and basically. Having a worker assume I’m trying to steal perfume while having a cart filled with merchandise I intend to purchase. I will not shop at this location anymore due to being uncomfortable. Will not spend my money where I feel unwelcome or feel as I’m being discriminated.

Horrible customer services at the store. They make you feel like you are stealing clothes when you actually are buying clothes. There is a specific employee a tall, old , skinny guy who will judge you immediately when you are ready to buy and return clothes. That guy has a Horrible attitude.

Staff incredibly rude and disrespectful, they were basically chasing me around the entire store their assistant producer whom is a horrible old witch looking woman with pixie-cut gray hair snagged teeth [honestly all she was missing was her broom] refused my return saying “no we don’t have to take this” and cashier says “this is empty” (it definitely was NOT & I nearly took the lid off to squirt the product at them after my experience) then a bald black man wearing all black (his shirt read “Missouri Historical Society”) kept asking me if I needed help….1st off do you work here….? 2ndly GTFO of my face and 3rd for a secret shopper you just blew your cover, buddy. I’ve spent over $500 at Various TJ Maxx’s (in one trip…) you just lost a good paying customer

Even though they say they get shipment in pretty much every day it seems like they never have any new merchandise. Every time I go in It seems I can't find anything I want to buy because it's all the same stuff. Stuff is cheap though...but they NEVER seem to have luggage.

I went in for a piece of luggage and left with MUCH more that I didn't know I needed!!

It's been so long since I felt shopping down to the wire of closing time wasn't a crime against humanity. They always have deals that I think are better than thrift stores. They have some of the highest end facial products at prices that feel illegal lol. Good help is hard to find I hope the woman who seemed to be the last cashier on wed. night- be sure to take care of her...I'm sure they do- I over heard the store manager and she really cares about her employees- another thing that's so good to hear and makes me feel good about spending money here.

I always find something I need and love the different children's clothing and love the jewelry and purses

I love the new spring items that are in the store right now. Employees were friendly. The store was well organized and clean.

The store was clean, organized, and well stocked. I wanted high heels but found a jacket, two blouses and a pair of slacks. So I was okay with my purchase. Besides I ordered two pairs of boots, high heel sandals and two dresses on TJ Maxx on line.

Looove this TJ Maxx! They always have a good selection and great prices. I got this Betsey Johnson dress for $30 and this cute adjustable winter headband/scarf for $15! I also like that it’s right next to a Marshall’s because if you haven’t gotten your discount shopping fix at the first place, you can go next door and do it all over again LOL. There’s also an Ulta, Petco, Bath and Body Works, and Dierberg’s in that shopping center so I know that pretty much no matter what I need to buy, I can find it in one of those places. It’s very handy and in a nice, safe area
