This was my first time at this Walmart I was here to purchase groceries and to get a tv for my mom. I have never had a young lady so patient and kind like this young lady. She was so soft spoken and generous. I couldn’t make up my mind what I want she remand patient with me. I thank her for being patient. If you got to this Walmart and happen to be in the electronics department ask for Kendra she will be happy to help you.

1 Real cashier.. an older gentleman who no offense is slower than anyone I've ever seen!.. & their machines are ALL only card. This is why I hate Walmart! Pay Real people, to be cashier's walmart! Of course I just brought cash in & have been in line for 20 mins! This is ridiculous!

It's unfortunate that they can't seem to find an employee with manners or enthusiasm. Asked a girl if she could get a speaker out for me she ignored me 3 times then finally says she was on lunch ... behind the counter? Two more ppl completely ignored me ... you have to scan your own stuff while they just stand around. You're wasting money paying these people fr

I came to this store to do a pickup order and i waited over an hour in the car. I called as soon as I got there because my Walmart app wasn’t working this was at 10:15. A little while later I called again and the employee on the phone got loud with me and said I wasn’t the only one waiting. At this point it’s going on a hour and I simply state that I scheduled a pickup time and I’m here to pickup one single item. I’ve seen plenty of people get here after me and leave before me. He lays down the phone and I can hear employees laughing in the background. He then gets back on the phone and says yeah well somebody else has been waiting two hours and proceeds to hang up on me. There were probably twenty-five cars waiting for pickup when I finally left and only one or two people carting out orders every 10 or 15 minutes. Just absurd. I won’t ever be back to this location again. The employees are ignorant and completely disrespectful.

On 11/29/23 around 6pm I think in the car section. I asked a male employee to help find straps for my car.And he asked me what I needed it for and he proceeded to talk before I could answer. and says is it for a 75in TV because I've been working here for a long time an I've seen people do stupid stuff. And another guy(customer) also agreed with him when he said "yeah that's not a good idea. strapping the TV to a car you're going to break it. It's never going to work." But I would like to tell that man that worked at Walmart that told me this.an also to any others that agreed If you see this I just want you to know that I strapped the TV to my car and made it home safely and the TV is fine I wish they let me post a picture to show you. lol and thanks to that one customer who showed me which straps to get. Because like I said don't ever underestimate a woman.

It’s hit or miss. Some days the employees are very nice, other days they aren’t. Store is always well stocked and never really crowded.

All of these cash registers are closed one cash register was open they're Alliance of people waiting to use it these are machines why can't they open them up it is closing time people trying to get out and nobody cares not a very friendly store it is tomorrow in Belleville Illinois this happens all the time these people do not want to work I am going someplace else and I know a lot of people that are

The store was pretty clean, and the employees I dealt with were slightly above par considering some of the Walmarts I've been in over 18 years as an OTR truck driver. The only thing that really bothers me is the number of self check stations versus the number of actual cashiers present at the time of my visit.
