If you’re thinking about joining, run don’t walk! Never have I ever felt so comfortable in a gym. The instructors for Jump are all so friendly and kind, willing to help and will encourage you the entire time. When the pandemic hit, Innovative Fitness had to get creative and went to a virtual platform. It was WONDERFUL and I’m so happy it has continued! Truly couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Absolutely love Innovative Fit! Nikki is very friendly, accommodating, and inspirational! Never been so motivated! Love the idea of new, unique, fun workouts with a fabulous support group! My 6yr old son also joined the Martial Arts program. He is definitely enjoying himself along with learning great self defense techniques! This is my new home away from home, just what I needed to better myself and my family for 2021!

I've been a member of Innovative Fit for over a year and absolutely love it. Nikki, the owner, is great and so are all the instructors. You really feel like they care about you and your health. Classes are fun and you'll definitely sweat. I highly recommend Innovative Fit!

My Daughter has been training at DeCore Martial Arts for 2 years and it’s been an amazing experience. James and Brian have pivotal in developing my daughter into the young woman she is becoming. Lost over 30lbs in the few months I've attended classes all while having a lot of fun doing so. The instructors are helpful, compassionate and make you feel very welcome. The same is to be said with others that attend classes. Everyone is there to help motivate and encourage each other. It's a great place to start or diversify your workouts. 💪

We signed up my son when he was 5 to overcome his shyness. From day 1 my family was embraced by James and Brian with open arms. There is a sense of belonging when you enter the school. We have made lasting memories and friendships since joining him and now that he has achieved the rank of blue belt his shyness has been overcome with leadership qualities that were unforeseen before. I highly recommend this school and the fitness programs they offer. You will not be disappointed... ARZ

I love Innovative Fit it’s a great place to get an awesome work out with Jump Boots. I just wish there was one on the East side it would make it a lot easier on me with my schedule but other than that it is a must good check out! Worth the drive if you have the time.

Fun classes, great instructors. Jump class is my go-to, but boot camp class back to back was good and bungee intro is a lot of fun-need to get back for that again. And jump class is good for every skill level from beginners to the ‘ol regulars! Have not tried yet, but they also offer remote classes since COVID started. Highly recommend this company/group!

I absolutely love being a part of this gym! I couldn’t find anything to loose weight until i joined innovative fit, everyone is so supportive and friendly. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a way to stay fit or loose weight because it is always such a fun workout!! ❤️
