Tried calling I had and no answer so I stopped by The woman inside informs me that the phone sometimes works sometimes doesn't so apparently it's a known problem that they don't care to take care of. If you can't keep your phone working then I kind of question your ability to cut hair or certify your staff

There were two people doing hair cuts, one I assume was a professional, the other was a student and talked about the different things that they were learning and how much he enjoyed the classes. But when it came the services given to me, I was not pleased, not enough shampoo to wash my hair properly and they did not wash the back of my head enough where my hair is thickest to satisfy me. The conditioner was put on heavy and not rinsed off good enough. Now the hair cut, was not at all what I asked for. I requested that they give me feathering on the sides and cut across the middle of my ears so that just the bottoms were showing. Neither of these were done. No feathering and chunks taken out each side near my ears. I also asked for the back to be shortened to collar length. This was attempted but they said something about balancing and evening my hair, I ended up with the middle back being too high and the sides of the back cut at odd angles and I had to literally ask them to quit cutting. Then when it came to the bangs I wear on the left side of my face, not so lucky there either. They gave me straight bangs all the way across my forehead and they were uneven. My husband paid the price they asked and was unaware of the poor quality of my cut until I told him back in our car. His hair cut by the professional person seemed to have gone well.

I’ve been here a few time and Shannon the owner did a great job on my hair ! Both of the Shannon’s are very personable and easy to talk to. The other Shannon did my hair yesterday and she did a great job. The only thing is, she said that anything over 6 foils is a full highlight. I was always under the impression that it’s 16 or less which is what it says on the website. I believe she did about 12 foils. I should have gotten a receipt, I paid extra for the toner which is fine, but I believe I was charged for a full when it was actually a partial. Is there anyway someone can clarify if i’m correct? Other than that I was happy with my hair ! Thanks for your response, but can anyone please verify the pricing issues I was having ..?

Shannon was super cool. Listened to how I wanted my hair cut. I love my new haircut. Will definitely go back for Shannon to cut my hair again.

This was the worst haircut I've ever had. And she cut it so short that I can't go to get it fixed unless I want a Bob haircut. Definitely ruined my self esteem on new years eve, but after getting my hair cut I felt like that was what she was going for. Do not go here and if you do, don't let the manager cut your hair. After reading a few reviews I saw that I'm not the only woman that was singled out with a bad haircut while the male with them had no problems.

Place had no body waiting and 2 people working but didn't want to give a kids haircut without an appointment. Girl asked if I had an appointment I said no. It was for a simple little boys haircut. She looked at me in disgust and I walked out. If you have an issue with walk ins then don't advertise it. She could have been polite to me and my child but chose not to. Will never step foot back in this place there are to many better salons surrounding it. Go to west park barbershop MEN specially if you need an appt for a haircut.

Margaret was so wonderful and amazing. I had to cut off my hair that has been waist-length most of my life due to a medical issue, and she made it so much less traumatic than I thought it would be. She is very empathetic, gives great suggestions/advice, and has a very warm and reassuring smile. I arrived almost in tears but left feeling much better, even smiling and hopeful.

When I went to sit in the chair, there were clippings of someone else's hair all over the floor around my chair. I explained what I wanted done with my hair. Because I have curly hair, I took the time prior to detangle, wash and air dry my hair so my curl pattern was apparent. My hair was sprayed down and combed as it was being cut causing it to frizz. In 10 mins my hair was done? I reminded her I asked for layers and a long bang. My hair got hacked into more. No bang... Forget it at this point. I got a fast food haircut. A 20 min job that should have taken care in regards to curls and a nice thoughtful cut. My curl pattern is messed up and the strands are bulky and not tapered. I look like a soccer mom from the 90s with a triangle cut and hacky layers. I guess at salons I'm used to people keeping up with trends and ongoing education. Not stuck in the 90s when they first got their license. Also the no music and absense of conversation made it super awkward. Never again.

Shannon is always engaging and fun. Her haircuts are spot on (even with all my cowlicks) and consistently awesome.
