asked
for
information
on
when
the
Store
Manager
will
be
in
for
me
to
explain
a
negative
experience
I
had
there.
The
manager
on
duty
a
small
red
headed
short
haired
girl
and
wouldn't
give
me
any
information.
I
wasn't
being
argumentative
or
demanding.
I
just
asked
a
simple
question
who
and
when
is
the
store
manager
in.
She
snarled
and
got
snotty
with
me,
She
kepting
going
on
and
on
that
she
was
the
manager
in
charge
at
the
time.
Terrible
customer
service
there.
I
was
not
heated
or
angry
I
just
had
some
customer
service
related
concerns
on
my
experience.
It
wasn't
to
complain
about
pricing
or
trade
in
or
anything
like
that.
She
kept
saying
over
and
over
again
I
am
the
manager
in
charge
today
and
that
is
that.
I
know
people
who
have
managed
retail
locations
in
the
past
and
that
is
not
how
your
respond
to
a
customer
just
asking
for
the
store
manager
to
express
concern
over
a
experience.
I
was
not
looking
for
money
or
anytime
of
reprimandation
on
the
issue
I
just
wanted
to
tell
the
Store
Manager
on
the
terrible
experience
my
family
was
served
there
when
we
were
birthday
shopping.
Take
note
I
did
not
receive
negative
experience
at
the
north
olmstead
location
in
the
past
but
this
Parma
one
is
terrible!
