Do NOT bring funko pops here to sell. Although their store is filled with pops they seem to not really know much about them at all. Had about 230 dollars worth of figures and they offered $40 cash. I have a large collection and I was trying to make some room. Simply a waste of time. This message is for all Funko collectors and sellers, do not resort to this place. Marketplace, eBay, OfferUp, or mercari will do you much much better.

This place definitely takes advantage of you during hard times it's not a pawn shop by any means but if you go to sell something here they will give you little to nothing and then sell it for triple or more closer to what it's actually worth do not take your resellable items here better off on Facebook Marketplace

I went to this location recently and purchased a couple of items. They are in really good shape and work well. The reason I am giving this type of review- the staff that won't make any deals with you still works there and the one item I wanted to trade or get some value on- they were not willing to give me anything for it. I won't say what it was because I don't want anyone to get suspicious. Otherwise I would have given a better star review. UPDATE- I gave my review another star because I found some pretty cool Star Trek stuff that Amazon is charging ten times more than this store did. The main manager who helped today was really nice and when I asked about the pricing on the items I bought- she was able to clear up the confusion right away. And the items were brand new.

This is one of my favorite stores to stop at. They have a little bit of everything I love including horror figurines. Reasonably priced, not the best prices when trading in though.

Just Robbing people 🙄 flat out! How is it possible i take a game to sell/trade and they have the same game for $60.00 but want to give me $9 in cash or $12 in store credit for mine. Give me a break exchange. Stop ripping off the customers. I was looking for atleast $20-$25. Get lost. Never again will I step foot in that establishment. And also I don't need any one following me throughout the store asking me if I need help 9 times within 10 minutes.

The one manager there is a short haired short red head who is extremely rude and condescending. Terrible service there, I went there with some questions and apparently I only bothered them. I got no answers on the questions. When I followed up who is in charge They told me them. i asked who is there manager and they wouldn't give me the information. Stay away from this location, we had concern over the quality of something. We didn't ask for money, a discount, or anything like that. Instead we got a rude attitude. We gave no anger back, but when we left and told them have a good day all we got in response was "Uh huh" . Rude!

I asked for information on when the Store Manager will be in for me to explain a negative experience I had there. The manager on duty a small red headed short haired girl and wouldn't give me any information. I wasn't being argumentative or demanding. I just asked a simple question who and when is the store manager in. She snarled and got snotty with me, She kepting going on and on that she was the manager in charge at the time. Terrible customer service there. I was not heated or angry I just had some customer service related concerns on my experience. It wasn't to complain about pricing or trade in or anything like that. She kept saying over and over again I am the manager in charge today and that is that. I know people who have managed retail locations in the past and that is not how your respond to a customer just asking for the store manager to express concern over a experience. I was not looking for money or anytime of reprimandation on the issue I just wanted to tell the Store Manager on the terrible experience my family was served there when we were birthday shopping. Take note I did not receive negative experience at the north olmstead location in the past but this Parma one is terrible!

Great store, terrible website. They should really look into improving their website and having a search feature to help customers locate items.

Their prices for pokemon related items are insane, way above market price. However staff was very friendly and the store was clean and well organized! I found really good deals on other things in the store, just depends on what you're looking for!
