I really like Barbara Pierre, she is so caring, she takes her time with you, she’s never rushing like others. She listens to your concerns, answers all your questions and tries to find solutions to make sure you feel better. So far, I’m very happy I took the recommendation from a friend to go see her. She’s great! Staff is amazing too. Cristina (front desk) is so sweet and helpful, everyone in the office are so friendly and caring too. Everyone are so caring, kind and respectful.

These qualities make her a truly remarkable and reliable doctor for her patients. The receptionist Christine also provides “Exceptional” Customer service from the time I arrive, to my departure. I really love Doctor Ibe and Doctor Pierre. They are so thoughtful and take their time with each visit. I never feel pressured and I know they have my best interest at heart. When I tell you she and her entire staff is a breath of fresh air. I explained in detail what I was looking for as my primary physician, example, I didn't want a pill pusher, I wanted to have a conversation looking eye to eye. I listen to her and she listens to me. She appears to be an honest physician that wants the absolute best for her patients. My MA was amazing as well from Jersey. She engaged me the whole entire time she was with me. Christina the front desk the first person that received me was/is a jewel. She offered me water and as I was leaving, she said "I hope you had a wonderful experience with us" with the most adoring, warming smile. I can't say enough regarding my choice to not be accepting the ugly, mediocre treatment we receive from Healthcare. I'm NEVER leaving. 😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆

They are always thorough. I love my doctor. I'm super picky and judgmental especially because i too am a health care provider. I look for professionalism, communication and thoroughness. They meet expectations on all. I even referred my husband. This is hard to find these days so when I find it I hold on to it.

I love how well they listen to you. Very caring staff. I love that they accommodate me due to the snow storm. Instead of coming it. They set me up for a telaheath visit. It hard for me to make appointments. Being able to keep this one was great.

I just love Dr. IBE and her reception Christina. Both are very compassionate and caring when it comes to the patients. I do understand that sometimes they get extremely busy, but the job is always exceptional.

She was patient, knowledgeable and more importantly she listened to my concerns and this reflected in the treatment plan. In addition minor thoughts and concerns were also addressed. I've been going here for about 2-3 years. Dr. Ibe and her staff are kind, knowledgeable, punctual, and all around pleasant. They have in-person appointments and virtual options for follow-ups and the office is clean, quiet, and easy to find.
