Very disappointed with their customer service. I went there to buy a queen set for my daughter. When I walked in there were no employees to help, any employee that passed us would ignore us and avoid eye contact as if they didn't see us. We finally got an employee to help and he just sent us to another one who didn't even bother to look at us asked what we wanted in a rude manner. When I asked about a bed I was interested in all he said was "Yea thats the price" getting information about mattress and delivery pricing was like pulling teeth from him. And then he enfazied very rudely that delivery did NOT include assembly. Of course I didn't buy the bed there and went to the competition which was the exact opposite very nice and friendly employees I bought everything from them and even have eyes on another set for myself. Customer Experience is everything and this store did not have it.

It has good prices but too hot to be in the place. They have furniture, washing machines and dryers. Not what I was looking for.

I have only bought couches here. I cant say they are useless, however, functionality is extremely limited. Furniture from here is great for staging your home for photos and showings. However, it quickly breaks and is unusable .

Good price no questions about it, but service... once they delivered, forger it of making a call for any problems. Won't installs merchandise that requires an a experience persons to do the job, that's not service after all we'll pay for it. Truly need to have more "client satisfaction" in their mind especially those in top.

The space is much bigger than the one at Amelia Industrial Park! Really enjoyed it! Service is quick! People really should check it out.

store is smaller than expected but that is fine. prices are competitive. The problem is the delivery service didnt deliver the full order and these people just let the phone ring and activelly choose not to answere. as a business man yall should either answere your phone or stop paying for the line cuz you dont use it whatsoever

The outlet terrible but Berrios near plaza great. The one near 65th marginal to get there horrendous potholes, never again!

Nice place, excellent prices and service. We were there checking on prices and came out with the appliances we needed with a great price, extended warranty and two day delivery service. I highly recommend this place.

A lot of merchandise from time to time, some good other not that much. Condition varies but hence the price. Beware of warranty, may take a long time to solve issue even for essential items like refrigerator.

Dissapointed. The store is not attractive, specifically the presentation of merchandise. Prices are not that low. Got better deals in their regular stores.

Had a delivery for today and found out it was not going to happen, and this because I had the number of one of their independent drivers who told me so, I have been calling the facility all morning with no reply, just ringing and being cutoff, Planned the day for this, and tomorrow I have another delivery from them, lets see how that goes...

It's a showroom, not a liquidation center. The name is misleading. The chairs I wanted to buy must come from the warehouse in Cidra and are not available on-site.

Not sure, but it felt like too much unwanted stuff. Either too damaged, or if it's new too unproven brands. Prices weren't that good either, in my opinion.

Although their selection of furniture and electrical appliances is limited, they have good prices.
