received a massage but was shorted time. paid for an hour and only got about 40 minutes. i then called and asked to speak to the manager and after about 2 weeks of calling and requesting to speak to the manager the manager finally called me back and stated i was mistaken. even though i had proof through my phone that shows the time i arrived, the time the massage ended and the time i left the building. the manager didnt care, called me a liar, said its not possible. also said this particular massage employee has never had a complaint against them so its impossible that this happened. so i guess since no one complains about you, its impossible when someone finally does? make that make sense... just a heads up to people who go here, you just might be shorted time then called a liar from the manager/owner. shameful and disgusting.

Came here with high expectations. Unfortunately the girl giving the massage was too hard on me, which caused me great pain. She didn't listen when I asked her nicely to be mindful of that. I will NOT be returning.

I have been coming here for the past year and a half. The last 4x I’ve seen Eli and she is amazing. I always leave feeling relaxed and loose. I’ve seen a couple other ladies as well - also very good! I recommended my coworker here and my husband also comes for massages. Highly would recommend!!

Anoka Massage & Pain is great. I have been getting massages there for a year now and everybody is wonderful to work with. Therapist are very good at what they do and they'll tailor your massage specifically to you. Front desk staff is super friendly.

My very first acupuncture appointment. I have been having systemic joint and muscle pain. I didn’t know if i would see results after the first visit or not. I thought it might take a few appointments to see results. Surprisingly my appointment took the edge off of my pain. The customer service here is excellent! Jessica had an amazing bed side manner and really listened to me. They also give great massages that help loosen up tension and pain. I really enjoy this place. I chose to become a member because they have fair pricing and their therapist seem to want to stick around so you can choose to have the same person each time you go in. They also have a large array of different types of massages you can get! Highly recommend this place vs the chain salons.

Wish I could train myself to arrive earlier to my appointment to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and get more time to look at all their amazing decor and gemstones. I came here with so much lower back pain. Saw Brook, she’s so patient, kind and caring and made sure I am comfortable. She listened and made sure I was well taken care of. Definitely recommend Brook! Will be booking my future appointments with Brook!

I met with Marcie for the first time yesterday for my TMJ massage. I have been suffering greatly. While I have been getting relaxation massages at salon and spas for years, this one was the best experience I have ever had and I actually left with real improvement ….people who know, know there’s a difference between feeling relaxed and actually feeling better thank you Marcie 💕

Unprofessional staff - The massage therapists are great but sadly, I won't be going back. I find their front desk person, Jean, to be rude and unprofessional. I'm always seeing her getting irritated with customers if they take to long scheduling appointments or asking questions. Then today, she acted like I was trying to skip out on the bill when my flex spending card needed to be updated. Nothing like paying for a relaxing massage only to have someone piss you off on your way out the door. Too bad.
