The Bluff Cove 3 hour tour was one of our favourite excursions on our month long tour of South America and Antarctica. This was a first class experience from start to finish. It was a great opportunity to see Gentoo, King and Magellanic penguins up close in their natural habitat. Kevin and Hattie are great hosts and really care about visitors having a great day. The 4 x 4 drive across bumpy peat bog terrain was an adventure in itself that is one the best demonstrations of when a 4 x 4 vehicle is needed. It is significantly bumpy ride. After the tour of the site, you have to try the delicious homemade baked cakes and cookies at the Sea Cabbage Café. Prepare for changing weather and potentially high winds.

This was a fabulous experience in every way! A short drive from Stanley we hopped in a well-used Land Rover and headed across a huge sheep farm to the place where the penguins nest. We saw several hundred Magellenic, King and Gentoo penguins, many sitting on fluffy gray chicks! We were able to watch them waddle back and forth to the sea, looking almost like cartoon characters. When we needed a break we enjoyed tea and treats at the Sea Cabbage Cafe at the edge of the beach. Absolutely delicious! I also wandered into the small but beautiful gift shop where they had penguin souvenirs of course, as well as beautiful yarn and woolens from their own sheep. I wholeheartedly recommended Bluff Cove!

The best memory of our entire cruise from Buenos Aires to Vancouver! The overland trip was exciting. It was a beautiful site to see penguin coming & going. The Cottage restaurant was an unexpected treat. All time life adventures. Not to be missed on a Falklands visit.

👍 We had mixed experiences with this bus service. We took caribe tours from Santo Domingo to Puerto plata and back. The ticketing process was pretty easy and quick. And the prices were about DR 500 Pesos per person one way and took almost four hours to get there. They have good seats with good leg spa...
