I had gone to this place for close to ten years. The owner is RUDE. The kids that they have working in there currently do not know what they are doing. I waited for over a half-hour to have them check me out one Tuesday evening, and I saw them hang up the phone on the people that were calling to try to place an order. There have.been SEVERAL times that my pizza was not made correctly and there is NO manager to complain to. Since the days of Alec and Sam working there the place has gone to HELL. I will NEVER give this place. my business AGAIN!!!

I purchased a pizza from Papa Murphy’s and the pan started on fire in my oven. Upon returning to the store with the burnt pizza, as their management requested, I was told it was not their error, and that it must have been my fault that I cooked the pizza at too high temperature, or my oven was dirty -neither of which is true. They refused to refund me or remake the pizza. I do not recommend this Papa Murphy’s location, unless you like being of accused of being wrong and that the fire that erupted in your oven was your own fault.

There was no actual adult present and the teenager staff rolled their eyes at me because they were too busy talking to their friends and chatting it up... I interrupted their chatting time because I wanted service... Guess I'm in the wrong though... and when I wanted a refund they didn't even know how to do it.

Unfortunately this restaurant has gone downhill. The service is poor, workers struggle to serve you, the salads are old lettuce (ours was pink in color) and pizzas contain less ingredients. Too bad, this was a go to place…...

Twice I came in this week before 8pm and they were already closed, today was 730pm. If you cannot stay open til posted, please figure out a way to post the changes. Thanks.

1/13/22 went in at 6:42 PM to get 2 pizzas. Upon entering all the toppings and the entire prep area was put away whole 2 employees swept. I looked at the hours of operation and it said 7 PM. I asked if they were still open. The kid said "yes but we close in a bit" he then went back to sweeping. Turning theor backs on a customer and I could tell they had zero interest in doing their jobs. I turned to leave and one kid said "see you next time". No, no you won't see me next time. For a place that charges almost the same as a cooked pizza you should really have people who work until close. Won't be back

Decent pizza, but ordered online so I could pick up and go on my way. I came in 10 minutes after my scheduled pick up time and the pizza hadn't even been started yet. Staff were friendly enough but clearly overwhelmed. Will try again on a less busy day, but if you come for a special or a holiday, make sure you call ahead to make sure your order is actually ready for you.

If I could give zero I would. Horrible customer service! Refused to give me a refund. Charged more than what was on the website. For what I was quoted for. Called and tried to get some help and was hung up on!

Have gone to Papa Murphy's many many times and been very happy. Went this week and it was a disaster. Ordered thin crust, got thick. Ordered green peppers, couldn't find them. Hardly any cheese on the pizza but it was covered with an excessive amount of tomato sauce.Worst pizza ever. Will give them one more chance.

Salad which was ordered with pizza wasn't ready so we had to wait for the order. Cardonal principle: No one apologized. No one said thanks for waiting. The last thing I asked the young kid who was making it was if all the ingredients were on the salad. He said oh yeah i got it. We got home to find it lacked black olives and sun dried tomatoes. When I called the manager I got a bunch of excuses about young help not knowing how to make menu items. No offer for gift card for a future visit. That's our last trip to this papa Murphy location.

Papa Murphy’s pizza was always great. Service for one particular gentleman was a less than positive experience. Will continue to eat at Papa Murphy’s but I do not plan on returning to this location again anytime soon.

We have been to this location several times and have had numerous issues. The most recent...paid for a family sized stuffed, received only a 14" with very little toppings. Go elsewhere.
