I
gave
this
place
a
shot
on
Turkey
Day
morn,
since
we
didn't
want
the
mess
from
another
meal,
right
before
the
Big
Feast.
My
Machaca
Breakfast
Burrito
was
humongous,
&
tasted
super
👍!
I
could
only
eat
half
this
monster,
but
I
look
forward
to
polishing
off
the
rest
tomorrow.
My
wife
liked
her
Sausage,
Potato
&
Cheese
Breakfast
Burrito,
as
well.
They
were
a
good
value
too,
with
2
🏈-sized
breakfast
burritos,
for
under
$20.
The
inside
of
this
restaurant
has
a
fairly
small
eating
space,
with
tables
&
bar
dining,
which
is
not
overly
fancy.
Their
best
attributes
here
are
the
delicious
food
they
make,
&
their
employees,
who
go
the
extra
mile,
to
ensure
their
customers
are
happy.
The
person
who
took
my
order
was
friendly,
speedy,
&
good
at
her
job.
She
quickly
fielded
a
phone
order,
right
before
mine.
Without
hesitation,
she
transitioned
into
my
order.
My
To-Go
order
came
out
fairly
quickly,
even
though
lots
of
people
walked
in
the
door,
right
before,
&
just
after
I
did.
*Update
6/6/23
My
wife
&
I
came
here
for
a
late
lunch.
The
counter
guy
was
super
friendly,
&
helpful,
as
I
mulled
over
my
options
from
the
menu,
that
is
posted
overhead,
behind
the
cash
register.
I
was
considering
a
Carne
Asada
Burrito,
but
after
talking
with
this
gentleman,
he
swayed
me
away
from
that,
&
firmly
in
the
direction
of
their
$11.99
San
Luis
Burrito,
which
has
tons
of
perfectly
browned
&
tender
Carnitas
pork,
a
Chile
Relleno,
pockets
of
guacamole,
&
Pico
De
Gallo,
in
it!
Let
me
just
say,
it
was
a
very
good
choice!
The
salsa
bar
area
has
all
sorts
of
good
stuff.
My
wife
grabbed
a
small
baggie
of
pickled
carrots,
done
in
the
Spanish
style
Escabeche
way.
These
were
so
tasty,
not
too
hot,
just
right.
These
carrots
were
even
better,
dunked
in
their
mild
salsa.
After
we
ran
out
of
salsa,
because
plastic
cups
are
tiny,
we
had
to
wait
nearly
10
minutes,
for
a
guy
who
was
totally
Bogarting
this
entire
counter
area,
filling
up
baggie
after
baggie
&
cup
after
cup!
We
started
in
on
a
basket
of
tortilla
chips,
which
were
still
warm,
when
we
were
handed
them.
The
chips
were
super
crispy,
warm
&
delicious.
The
salsa
cups
were
tiny,
to
be
honest,
so
you
may
just
want
to
grab
several.
The
mild
salsa
was
super
good.
Then
our
main
entrees
came
out.
My
wife
got
a
2
Item
Combination
Plate-2
Chile
Rellenos,
Rice
and
Beans.
This
plate
was
different
than
the
normal
presentation,
with
shredded
lettuce,
&
grated
cheddar
cheese,
on
top
of
these
Chile
Rellenos.
Interestingly
enough,
the
chile
rellenos
were
topped
with
enchilada
sauce,
which
is
not
my
fave.
I
like
a
super
flavorful
Relleno
Sauce,
much
better.
The
rellenos
were
cooked
just
right,
though.
They
were
stuffed
with
plenty
of
cheese.
The
verdict
on
these
-
not
bad,
but
just
not
what
we're
both
used
to.
The
rice
&
beans
were
amazing!
The
best,
by
far,
was
the
$11.99
San
Luis
Burrito,
which
was
killer!
You
get
amazing
flavor,
from
the
slow
cooked
carnitas
meat,
of
which
there's
an
incredible
amount
packed
within.
You'll
get
this
humongous,
tightly
rolled
flour
tortilla,
rolled
in
burrito
form,
with
generous
pockets
of
guacamole
within,
as
well
as
Pico
De
Gallo,
plus
a
whole,
batter-fried
Chile
Relleno,
inside
this
monster.
The
best
thing
about
this
burrito,
is
how
the
tender
carnitas
meat
was,
plus
San
Luis
Restaurant
takes
it
1
step
further,
griddle-searing
the
tasty
meat,
to
put
those
crispy
edges
on
it,
plus
how
much
of
the
delicious
carnitas,
they
pack
inside
this
burrito.
It
was
most
excellent,
&
between
my
wife
&
I,
we
could
only
eat
a
smidge
over
half
of
it,
before
being
stuffed!
This
burrito
is
truly
cravable!
