Disgusting that you've been feeding an Elderly Gentleman in your care tinned hot dog sausages .. just 2 lousy sausages for his dinner when you're charging him Weekly Charges Guide: Personal Care Single £450 – £650 !!! I hope you get investigated and shut down, you should hang your heads in shame but no you'll be too busy driving your expensive car back to your expensive home paid for by the people you're meant to be caring for. I can't lay blame with the carers you employ as they're acting the way you're instructing them and you probably pay them pennies and give them zero hour contracts !!!

I hope that you are feeling extremely shameful. Giving an elderly man what I can only describe as dog food is disgusting!!! It clearly shows that these places are not care homes. No personal experience but based on the experience and pics on FB of a relative to a resident here. "Nutritious" dinner is regarded as two hot dog sausages drowned in ketchup and a bag of "Wotsits" for pudding. Saturated processed fat out of a tin. No vegetables. Happy to listen to any explanation which doesn't include "he wanted/likes" this.

From the nutritional meal of two hot dogs, swamped in tomato sauce, f I could give no stars I would. Would the owners like their parents treat like this. Need reporting to care quality commission. They wouldn't get "good" if they saw this. Inspections of homes should be spontaneous, not appointment based.

No problems whatsoever. Attentive helpful staff. Nutritious fresh meals. Choices offered if meal offering wasn't wanted. Good covid procedures. Can't believe the reviews of this place. All the poor reviews are from the viewing of one video clip from 5 years ago. Not from personal experience. Surely reviews should only be allowed from individual experience not from 2nd and 3rd hand gossip. Look at this place first before you review.

My wife would go to bed at nights, in the morning she would fine all her vitamin c pills had been stolen. Staff would search my wife without her permission and remove items from her without her consent.. i will never ever put wife in this home again.

Just seenter video of what these lady's have seen and I find it quite discussing how your teating the old people.2 hot dog my god bang out of order plus theses families are paying good money to make sure they are fed well and look after. I work in care with children and we provid hot meal with plenty of veg and meat i would not give that to my dog to eat. the poor old man.this place needs reporting asap thanks lindsey

You are a disgrace. Serving a grown gentleman 2 hotdogs for one of his main meaLs is disgusting.... may you be closed down and your tenants be rehomed somewhere safe and be given their human rights back....you are treating this gentleman worse than an animal....the police should be arresting the owners and all the staff .... your as bad and guilty as each other. ... I only give 1 star as I needed to so I could make a comment....
