The best apartment I've ever lived in! I love my one bedroom apartment that has beautiful hardwood floors and stainless steel kitchen appliances. My favorite part is that my little kitty can enjoy the screened in porch. The office staff, especially Ashley and Emma, are so pleasant! There are always fun community events like food trucks, craft classes, or festivals. I love meeting my neighbors and making friends. I feel so valued as a resident. The salt water pool is resort quality with peaceful fountains and relaxing hammocks. The gym is packed full of amazing fitness equipment including free weights and machines as well as a yoga room. I don't have a dog myself, but I love meeting 4 legged friends as they are headed to enjoy the enclosed dog park. I highly recommend the Luxe!

Amazing staff and customer service. I lived at the Luxe from 08/22-06/23 and throughout my time there had a top-tier experience with no issues or complaints. Ashley, Taylor, and the whole team were always available to answer questions and make the community feel like home. Community events were well planned and staff were always involved and present in the office or an email/phone call away. I only required maintenance to fix one thing the entire time (garbage disposal), and it was done within 24 hours! Facilities were always clean, like the gym and pool, and great treats like free drinks and snacks always well stocked. The area itself is second to none in Myrtle Beach, with great walking paths set in a beautiful community and within walking distance to the Market Common shopping area, weekend farmer's market, sports complex, etc. Beach is just a couple of minutes away by car. Can't say enough good things, and encourage anyone moving to the area to give the Luxe a go...you won't regret it!

I absolutely love living at the Luxe! The office staff, Ashley, Emma, and Taylor, are amazing and always so friendly and helpful. They plan multiple events every month for their residents and have created a nice community here. We have a gorgeous pool with cabanas and new hammocks that we got last summer! Plus the grills by the pool for cookouts are such a nice touch! Sometimes the office will bring out drinks for us at the pool and it’s those little things that make living here extra enjoyable. Our gym is clean and quiet. Maintenance is GREAT and every time I have an issue or need help they respond quickly and politely. The pest control worker is so friendly and respectful entering our apartment. I feel safe walking around the market commons area. There are always police around and I have never had issues with noise. The one bedroom apartment is spacious for two adults and a cat. I feel like I’m living in an expensive resort, but the rent is affordable for the area and all the amenities we receive! I really don’t have any complaints.

I have lived here for about a year and a half now and I love this area so much! The team in the office is so kind and amazing, maintenance always comes quick. The community engagement opportunities are awesome like chili cookoffs, paint and sip, Halloween carnival, and pancake breakfast! The pool and 24/7 gym are kept clean. Great place for a pet as you’re right across the park. Only downside is that the walls are fairly thin and my bikes keep getting stolen- even with a lock.

I can't say enough about the outstanding service provided by the front desk staff. Their friendliness and quick response to resident requests have made my stay incredibly enjoyable. They create a welcoming and efficient environment. the complex is always clean and all my neihbors nice. Highly recommended for a comfortable living experience, love it here!

DOG OWNER BE AWARE!! Moved in recently for the location and amenity, however, I'm now super disappointed with the alleged "amenity improvement" that's underway: a huge unnecessary fenced-in area that takes away a significant amount of space from dog owners & their furry friends (no you can no longer hangout with your friends & dogs at the fire pits, no more walk space out of your building); blocked building-to-building sidewalk so residents have to walk around half the globe to get to the other side; "doubled the dog park" with a muddy side that nowhere to stand or sit and no one really uses, and broken bench on the other side that never got fixed and eventually got taken away, oh and the turf side, was it installed properly? count how many puddles you get after each rain is kinda fun; the list goes on & on.. Did we give feedback to the office? hell yes! Did they listen or care? What do you think?! :p Not even one single dog owner I talked to liked this "new improvement"; even people w.o dog say the huge jail like fence is really inconvenient & unnecessary.. the previous swimming pool fence is more than enough.. Dear office, could you pls give our feedback to the corporate? or if you really would like to make it better for the resident, I'd strongly suggest you to send out a survey, get feedback from people who actually live here, and use that feedback to spend $$$ on what residents really care about. thank you!

We love our bottom apartment at the Luxe! By far the best community we have ever lived in! Ashley Taylor and Emma are awesome! They have great events every month as well!

Very disappointing. Reserved an appointment but the lady got it wrong upon move in. When I moved out of the second apartment leased from them they sent an email to pay 5000 for the cleaner I used on the floor. Beyond believe. The same cleaner on both apartments was used? Please Ask to be present upon move out because they will send you a bill for anything. Mine was for using rejuvenate that I purchased from Walmart to clean the floors as always? Disbelief
