First
off,
went
in
for
new
sheets
and
the
choices
were
limited.
I
finally
found
a
set,
and
went
to
look
for
shorts.
I
wanted
something
like
Nike
shorts
just
something
breathable
and
they
had
nothing.
They
did
have
plenty
of
short
shorts
for
men,
like
who
wears
those?
I
went
to
check
out,
I
was
told
my
Lorrie
not
to
work
with
one
young
lady,
that
Francina
had
to
help
me.
She
asked
for
my
phone
number
for
reward
points,
but
the
problem
is
my
current
number
is
still
linked
to
the
previous
owner
of
the
number.
Neither
of
them,
Lorrie
or
Francina
knew
how
to
do
the
job.
They
never
offered
any
coupons
or
anything.
Francina
jumped
over
to
another
register
to
check
out
the
person
behind
me
instead
of
finishing
my
transaction.
She
was
dressed
unprofessional,
she
was
the
only
one
wearing
jeans
there
and
acted
put
out
that
she
had
to
do
her
job.
I
told
Lorrie
I
would
call
corporate
and
get
the
phone
number
fixed,
she
went
to
get
it
and
took
so
long
I
left
to
go
to
different
register
and
Lorrie
ended
up
following
me
through
the
store.
She
didnt
have
the
number
for
me,
she
had
a
list
of
numbers
and
asked
if
I
had
anything
to
write
it
down
SMH,
I
went
to
register
back
in
bedding
and
got
Brenda.
Brenda
was
very
polite,
competent,
allowed
me
to
use
my
coupon
which
saved
me
almost
40
bucks.
She
asked
us
what
was
wrong
and
she
listened
and
we
did
a
survey
for
her.
She
is
the
reason
for
the
3
star
or
it
would
have
been
a
1
star
I
took
my
items
and
left
that
register
