This
is
my
first
ever
bad
review,
I
am
not
someone
who
typically
leaves
reviews
but
I
had
to
share
my
experience.
This
was
by
far
the
worst
and
most
disappoint
experience
I
have
had
with
a
jewelry
place
let
alone
any
business
in
customer
service.
This
evening
I
went
Christmas
shopping
for
my
fiancé,
I
spent
over
an
hour
in
Zales
looking
for
just
the
right
gift.
After
consulting
with
his
closest
family
on
what
he
would
like
the
best
I
came
to
a
final
decision
of
two
items
I
decided
to
purchase,
gold
diamond
earrings
and
a
gold
diamond
cross
necklace.
As
displayed
in
the
picture
I
have
attached
the
necklace
was
$699.98.
I
spoke
to
three
different
reps
in
the
store
during
this
hour
and
confirmed
this
price
before
purchasing.
As
I
was
checking
out
the
rep
noticed
the
necklace
was
ringing
up
wrong
of
$899.98
a
($200
difference.)
She
called
another
woman
over
(someone
who
I
had
spoken
to
previously
who
also
confirmed
the
price
$699.98.)
She
apologies
and
said
sorry
it’s
human
error
and
there’s
nothing
they
can
do.
After
going
back
and
forth
for
a
few
minutes
asking
if
there
was
anyway
I
could
back
in
the
morning
since
the
store
was
about
to
close
and
speak
to
the
store
Manager
to
honor
the
price
that
was
not
only
agreed
but
also
displayed.
The
reps
didn’t
seem
to
care
other
than
that
they
were
ready
to
go
home.
Not
to
mention
an
hour
before
store
closing
they
were
all
talking
to
each
other
saying
how
they
were
ready
to
go
home
in
front
of
customers
as
we
were
shopping,
very
unprofessional.
Again
I
wanted
to
share
my
experience
I
encountered
and
hope
this
doesn’t
happen
to
someone
else.
This
truly
was
a
disappointment,
I
was
so
exited
to
purchase
these
items
and
left
with
out
either
of
them
because
of
how
they
treated
the
situation.
No
one
seemed
to
care,
I
am
a
manger
in
hotel
management
and
this
is
not
how
someone
should
ever
feel
and
something
should
have
been
done
or
at
least
offered.
