I wanted something quick to eat and decided to try this place. I parked in the parking lot and when I walked in, the place was pretty clean. I didn't know what to order so I asked the cashier for her opinion and she said she never ate any of the food before. I went with the crispy chicken sandwich and it came to about $7.50. When I got home I dug in and the sandwich wasn't great. Definitely wasn't worth the $7. Will I go back? Probably not

I made this order yesterday and online. I literally live 5 min from this store. The order was received at 6:36 PM and the email confirmed that it would be ready at 6:46. We went to get the order right away. They said it wasn't ready yet. We got the order pass 6: 55. I get home and the order was in these conditions, the chicken was cold, the cheese was cold, the potatoes were cold. The chicken was not only cold, it was already cooked and so "crispy" that I couldn't bite into it. Burn it!! Call the store and there speak with a person name Luke. He promised to talk to his manager and give me back HALF of the 30 dollars! <- Yeah, 30 bucks for two cold, overcooked chicken burgers and fries, that was it. Just that and we payed 30 dollars!!! I'm still waiting for the call from his manager and the credit. They don't care, you value your money and you want to eat good, don't eat here.

Their burgers are extremely tasty. Every time I go to this location, I get my food quickly and my order is always correct. One of the workers even checked on me to make sure everything was okay while I was eating there. I definitely appreciate the hospitality shown there. The tables and floor are always clean as well! Very well maintained location for sure.

I’ve been coming here for years and lately the service has gone downhill. The past few times I ordered smash fries they gave me regular fries. When I told the cashier she walked away and then I saw her tell the manager and they both just looked at me. The manager didn’t even care to fix it or anything. I don’t know why service has decreased tremendously. Update: they now don’t give people water cups. Every time I go it gets worse. Which is sad cause the burgers are good!

I always say that you eat with your eyes, and when you get a presentation like this it’s basically free calories for your mind. The quality of the products always feel fresh and tasty. The bacon being cook perfectly without being too salty. The patty is hot in your mouth, juice and flavorful all at the same time. Definitely one best the places around.

Burgers are delicious but I’m sorry $3.79 for 13 smash tots is outrageous!!! Are you kidding me that’s $.29 a tot I understand food prices are going up but……..

Bought some smokin hot chicken tenders. Ate 2 noticed the inside of the third wasn't fully cooked. Probably ate the others the same way. Won't be going back here.

Exceptionally clean and attractive restaurant with excellent food and attentive service. We ordered “to go” and waited just a few minutes for freshly cooked order. When we got home. It was well packed and still warm after 30 minutes.

I would give a 4.5 if google allowed. Food is kind of pricey, but not too terrible. Everything tasted great. 1/2 star knocked off because our food came in waves, one person at a time for 2 adults and 2 children. Kids burger, then an adult burger, then kids nuggets, then the other adult burger. This isn’t really that big of a deal tbh, just tells me the kitchen isn’t that great at timing their orders. The expo runner could’ve been a little friendlier, or maybe just let us know that the rest of the food would be out shortly. Expo is a busy job though, so I get it I suppose.

I have given this location 3 times in hoping it would get better. 1st time service and quality low. 2nd time service terrible. This last visit and final visit the server was nice but my order took way too long and was so inaccurate. I spent $20 for the burger to have avocado and cheese. After a long wait I leave with the bag and realize they forgot the cheese and avocado. Other smash burger locations are great. However, this one is terrible and nothing seems to improve it. Strongly don't recommend.

Heaven the manager really was a great hostess, me being vegan she made sure that I didn't get the fries. due to the fact that the fat from the beef cross with them. Also she did my and my wife's burgers well. The one take away is the with the vegan choices should be more specific with the choices of sauces.

I’ve been here plenty of times. Most of the time I would give an average rating of this place somewhere around 3 1/2 to 4 stars. This has been the best experience I’ve had at a Smashburger. The burger was juicy, made properly with the Toppings, I picked to build my own, and was not just thrown together. This is one of the few times that it actually looked like the person preparing the burger cared about what they did. Today I did a double barbecue bacon, cheddar burger, and added a third patty, pepper, jack cheese, Anaheim chili peppers, tomato and extra pickles. And to go along with that, I had a side of tots with a side of buffalo sauce, to make buffalo tots. I went to the window and asked to cook my burger, and the gentleman came up to me and said he did and asked what was wrong. I told him nothing at all. This was the best burger that I’ve ever had from Smashburger and gave them a $5 tip.

Food was great, but the girl who took my order was on drugs or something. Was acting like I was speaking Chinese. Refused to bring me my order that sat in the window for 10 minutes. Either this was her first day or she’s special
