Ik this location isn't open yet, but from the look of this store..............I know lord willing that this location is gonna be rocking! I'll totally recommend this store to visit once it opens next week or so!! I come pass by here everyday, it's starting to be a nice store, and i pray that i'll see the magic with Union!! Give this store a chance, and see how they roll!! This is also gonna be my 36th location ever in the 18 years of going to CEC!!

Solid chuck e cheese. It's big and the staff is always nice. The games are well maintained. My son loves it!

Everything was great. My kids had a blast!!! The customer service was amazing, the atmosphere was amazing. The only dislike was the pizza. Chuck E. Cheese pizza is known for their delicious pizza. Well the pizza is much smaller and thinner and not as tasteful as it use to be. Other than that the place is absolutely amazing. Don’t hesitate to take your children here ASAP!

I was really excited when I heard this about this new place and was excited to take my son. I used to love Chuck E Cheese as a child. This place really let me down. There’s a whole lot of nothing. My son was immediately bored when we got there. Nothing exciting that called his attention. On top of it being completely boring the prices were absolutely insane for playing and for the food. I pay less for a monthly membership to Urban Air than what 1 hour cost here. The pizza prices are higher than what you would pay at an actual pizzeria. I came to scope out the place for my sons birthday party, but absolutely not. Boring, expensive, and no staff available.

We have the summer pass and this is the fifth week we came. This time half of the games were out of order. One of the picture games didn’t have print paper in it. Our blue promo cup was stolen when we were sitting at a game and I asked the girl if it was turned in and they say they throw it out if they find them. I asked to speak to a manager and the girl was looking at me crazy’. The manager said someone must have stolen it because she was cleaning and didn’t see it. We had 6 Minutes left to our 6p minutes and all the games were turned off:.we loved this place when it first opened but had a very bad experience this time.

Place sucks!! Drive a few miles to bridgewater you won’t be disappointed you’d think a new place in town would be convenient to kid’s birthday sucks !!! Terrible customer service!! Young ladies have no idea how to work in kid’s environment they eating while talking to guests and chuckee guy literally won’t even move no enthusiast nothing you might as well have the kids dad or uncle dress as chuckee to make the kids happy instead manager sat her big butt down eating drinking and using her phone entire time we needed assistance you gotta ask for everything no one will suggest or provide anything that you paid for . No comment just terrible they should closed reeeducate the people they hire what chuckee cheese is about. Then try again… HORRIBLE!!!

New location! Lots of new games and great staff members. Very spacious and clean. Thinking of having my son's 6 year birthday party here.

This is my first visit to the brand new Union, New Jersey, Chuck E Cheese, and it is absolutely spectacular. I think it’s the best game package in the country with games for little kids and older kids and families too! It is bright and clean. The food is spectacular and they’re even serving New Jersey’s own Buddy Valastro‘s cake slices! This is a must see for families of all ages and you’re gonna be blown away with a digital dance floor of the big Jumbotron’s and the friendly service!

Insanely expensive overall. Barely any games. The Woodbridge location has a lot more going for it. The staff was great and the place was clean. But for the price and little amount of games and such, it's absolutely not worth it. For example, it starts at $20 for only 30 minutes for a single play card. That's insane!!! Especially if you have multiple people with you who want to play. Now include the food, drinks are $3 a cup (unlimited refills at least) by the way, and you're looking at spending at least $100 for a single hour. Unfortunately Chuck E Cheese is not the same as it once was. Even the Woodbridge location is lacking compared to what this used to be. There's probably other arcades and kids play places elsewhere for a better price. I'm only making this review out of sadness. Used to love going as a kid.

This place is new and nice yeah, but you guys pizza prices are CRAZY. $23 for a plain pizza? And its not even all that big, pizzaria pizza is around 15- 17$ and almost 30 for a veggie pizza .. CRAAAZZZYYYY!

Took my family for a night out of pizza and games. Turned out horribly. Manager took my credit card to the back committed fraud. Next day I have conspicuous charges on my CC. Doesn't take much to put 2+2 together. This is the only place I went. If you go pay in cash only. It smelled horribly as well. Be warned!!!!

So I must say they have stellar employees, obviously they like their jobs. They were so helpful and so professional addressing me as Mam etc. Place was super clean, well organized and I felt comfortable with my first date with my grandson! I highly recommend and hope they keep up the good work! Thank you to your workers they were so sweet!!!❤️

Went for my kids bday. Not the Chuckie cheese my friends and I used to love. The games are 90% age appropriate for older kids. 1/2 the games were malfunctioning and eating up the value of the card resulting in wasting time waiting for assistance. Then when a game did work they only lasted 30 seconds. I've never been to an arcade that timed out that fast!

best experience EVER! I’ve went to every Chuck E. Cheese inside the state of NJ and this one had the best service out of all of the other Chuck E. Cheese’s, would definitely come here once again!
