I love it here. The amenities are great. Shopping location near-by. The GSP is 5-8 minutes aways. The neighbors are nice and peaceful. Only cons are the train tracks and hopefully the rent stops increasing. Besides that like I said I love it here!

The leasing office is situated at 320 country ln,Scotch plains. They haven't mentioned it on website. We went there to lease the 2 bedroom apartment but due to the behaviour of the leasing staff, we decided not to lease here. The leasing staff is very very much rude and not welcoming. She is very rude with the kids and it's look like they are avoiding us specially our little one. So before leasing here, please check if you aren't welcomed in the beginning how will they react yours future maintenance issue of the unit. Rethink please. We r living in NJ since 2017 but never face this type of rude behavior at least when we are going to see the unit and may be the future resident.

I have lived at Lambert’s Mill Village for almost 6 years both in a one bedroom and two bedroom. Clearly love it so much we were willing to upgrade to a bigger unit! The neighborhood is very friendly, safe and conveniently located to the parkway, stores, parks; all the good things in life. My gym is within walking distance and so is the grocery store (for the bold walked ;-) ) Maintenance is always very kind and 90% of the time VERY fast to solve a problem. Valerie and Robin are also true gems at the leasing office. Needless to say, I highly recommend Lambert’s Mill!

Delightful living at Lambert's Mill Village! Our first floor apartment has been wonderful for us in our Senior years. Property is beautifully landscaped and well maintained. Personnel, both office and maintenance, are helpful, personable and professional!

My experience with the Leasing Office during my application process was wonderful. Tanya was especially kind, helpful and welcoming to me. Everyone I spoke with was always professional and couldn’t have been nicer This is exactly how someone preparing for a move needs to be treated because relocation can be stressful. I am so blessed that there was a lovely apartment for me at Lamberts Mill!

Wonderful apartment everyone’s friendly the pool and the little park in the back are great my daughter and wife love it any time we had an emergency they came same day and fixed the problem location couldn’t be better for us next apartment will be here just a 2 bedroom instead of the 1bedroom

My sister lives here moderate priced they 1 have a basement. Nice pool area well maintained and safe.

I like living here my neighbors are cool and I like the quiet time. Peace!
