I had my first appointment today and everyone in the office was so lovely! I struggle with anxiety and everyone there was so helpful and kind! I highly recommend!!! Doctor Shefali was knowledgeable and thorough but quick at the same time!! You can see that she cares a lot for her patients and their well being! The front desk and the nurse were also awesome! 10/10

Let me start with the staff here were awesome. Front desk rep was very nice and the nurse I had was awesome and actually seemed to be interested in what I had to express my concerns with. Dr. Patel on the other hand saw me for no more than 10 minutes and I don’t even think I got all of my concerns in without her being short or dismissive. This is just my honesty. I am not trying to ruin anyone’s business but I am a person too and I sure felt like I was treated as another young adult with acne who just needs to try birth control again (for the 3rd time). Again, if we weren’t on the same page but she at least listened a little more besides throwing bc/iud at me, I could’ve just left with agreeing to disagree but the way she was so short with everything did not make me feel heard or comfortable at all. Again, not trying to be rude, but sharing my experience for others. I appreciate the cleanliness and politeness of her staff. *EDIT SINCE IT DOESN'T LET YOU REPLY: I knew Dr. Patel was going to respond what she did-glad I can lay the facts out. I had been trying to get my ultra sound results from university radiology since before I walked into her office. Since they were from before 2022/2021 and they updated their site since, I had to request the documentation and create another account. From the minute she walked into the room, the FIRST thing I said to her was, “I’m sorry I’m really not trying to be rude - still just trying to get these ultra sound results.” I did tell you the one birth control I had but couldn’t remember the other in the moment. As a professional, I’d like you’d be able to communicate along the lines of “let’s get the name of that other one then” instead of brushing over it and now saying it in a Google review and acting like you did to save your butt in a Google Review. So don’t play me, I’m not the one. Like I said I wasn’t trying to be rude, but I think I’m actually glad you responded the way you did to “defend yourself” (which you have every right to do) so people can see how you truly act. It proved my point, so thanks again! Have a great day.

Dr. Shefali Patel is an extremely competent, compassionate and all-around fantastic physician. She truly listens and is very generous with her time and knowledge. Couldn’t recommend her more!

Dr. Patel did her best to make me feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation (for me). This was my first ever visit to an OBGYN and as a transman, I was just overall nervous and not looking forward to the visit. Dr. Patel was very kind and did what she needed to do quickly which helped make the experience a lot easier. The front desk staff was also very nice, I would definitely recommend this location.

I cannot say enough good things about this office. From the person at the front desk to the nurse to the Doctor, what a great experience. I highly recommend Dr Patel-Shusterman & her staff, I'm so happy I found her.

Great experience as a first timer. The staff and Dr. Patel were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Patel really took the time to explain everything. I had a great visit and the highly recommend.

Finding a doctor that you feel comfortable with isn’t easy but Dr. Patel is excellent! She helped me with my endometriosis so much so after being made to feel crazy by my previous provider. She listened to how I was feeling and validated my experiences. She helped me address my needs without hesitation and improved my quality of life immensely! If you ever have a gynecologist doubt your pain or experiences, run away and run here.

Dr. Patel-Shusterman and her staff are kind, patient and truly professional. They always make me feel at ease no matter the reason for my visit.
