Commending Nick and Alicia for their complete mastery of team work. While Nick is making a fresh brewing of regular coffee a customer spilled half a container of cream on the counter and floor. After admitting to Nick he is in no condition to clean his own mess, Nick calmly says to the messy guest "Don't worry about it. I will take care of it." I tell the customer that we all been there and tried to help with the cleanup. So Alicia takes care of the coffee while Nick leave the "scene" of the spill totally immaculate. My respect to both Nick and Alicia for their team work and care at my favorite Wawa... 💖🙏💖

I got a sandwich last night and the bread was so stale I physically could not bite into it, like two slabs of titanium. I know mistakes happen but I don’t know how this one did since an employee has to pick it up and therefore would break their fingers off on it trying to open it. It was a long drive back home for me so I didn’t have the energy to drive all the way back to wawa to get it remade. A defeated spirit consumed me :(

Brand new Wawa located on the former site for Fabricland. Combination convenience store and gas station with plenty of parking. They provide plenty of self serve stations (soft drink, coffee, bakery goods case, etc). Several cashier stations to keep lines to a minimum with friendly staff. Touch screens at the deli area guide customers with placing orders. Store and bathrooms are kept clean. There are entrances in both the front and back of the store, with handicapped accessibility. There are several gas bays with numerous pumps at the gas station, with fast friendly service and an air pump is also provided.

This location going downhill fast. Went to fill gas and half of the pumps are closed. Whoever was running the pumps this evening displayed a terrible level of service. Waited 5-10 minutes for an attendant to start pumping my gas. Fact that the car behind me left before me, I suspect my car was ignored whatever reason. Horrible service. Doubt anyone at Wawa will read this or do anything about it but it is what it is. Avoid if your looking for fast service.

I'm originally from Ocean County (Toms River area) and there's pretty much a Wawa on every corner! Wawa is your ONE STOP convenience store for EVERYTHING! So there's ONE within a 25 mile radius, so I rarely go... Just too far away from me. In my neighborhood, we had 7-11, which was fine but then they took them away too! 🙄 Anyway, Wawa is amazing and it should be on every corner EVERYWHERE!! 🤞

I keep trying to give this location a chance but they always seem to mess up! Either something is missing from my order, my order is made wrong or I’m given an expired item! Today the deli was closed and all 3 ladies stood there looking at me like they didn’t understand when I asked why. Ok understandable things happen, but for them to see someone they know walk in and then ask them what they want to eat and proceed to make THEIR ORDER??? What happened to the counter being closed? What about all the other customers that came in to order? I clearly heard these women tell them the same “we’re closed” story!

Frustrating Experience Tonight I've been a loyal customer at this Wawa store for a while now, visiting almost every day. However, my recent visit left me quite disappointed. Today, I waited for over 10 minutes for my sandwich, which is unusual considering the prompt service I've experienced here before. What was more disheartening was the unprofessional behavior of the staff member who prepared my sandwich. When I politely inquired about the status of my order, the response was less than courteous. Instead of providing a timeframe or a simple update, I was met with a rather rude remark. It's important to remember that customers, like myself, value respectful and friendly service. To make matters worse, when my sandwich was finally ready, it was quite literally "slapped" onto the counter. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also unacceptable. As a regular patron, I believe that we should be treated with respect and kindness, especially considering the Wawa brand's reputation for quality and customer service. I understand that everyone can have off days, and I'm hopeful that this was an isolated incident. However, I believe it's important to bring such issues to your attention to maintain the high standards that Wawa is known for. I sincerely hope my next visit will be more in line with the positive experiences I've had in the past.

I just got a pulled pork sandwich. When I opened it in the store and said to the attendant I asked for BBQ sauce. She said it's on there and gave me an extra BBQ sauce. Look at the amount of pulled cold cold cold pork they give you. So so sad 😥

Has always been my favorite store for coffee and a sandwich. The employees are nice which makes the customers happy.

Good selection for what I wanted but this is the second time there is no cashier and no way to check out. Had to wait a few minutes and cashier showed up.

Wish I could have given this location a zero. Received an item wrong in my order and when I went back to have it corrected the original item was just chucked in the trash like someone spiking a football. They could have offered it back for the inconvenience and I could have given it to someone in need. Will never spend another dime with Wawa.

Purchased hoagie today that had one piece of turkey on it and was loaded with lettuce and a large chicken noodle soup that ended up being mostly broth with maybe 2 spoonfulls worth of noodles, no vegetables and no chicken. So I basically paid 5 bucks for chicken broth, all the while the girls behind the counter were socializing very loudly and seeming to care very little about the orders coming in and the quality of what they were putting out. I have never had a food experience this poor from wawa before and I must say, I am VERY disappointed.

They need another worker to work the food area to make this go faster. Two people are needed. This is for the night crew.

I refilled $20 gas but I was charged $175. Horrible.

Have gotten numerous sandwiches there with missing items, usually add ons, but a turkey club without the turkey was the final straw. this wawa is also located right by the local high school which treats it like an extension of their cafeteria, do not go here for lunch and expect a timely order as the store is always packed with kids. great for the store, horrible for other customers. the staff also clearly has no interest in working there, the sandwich assemblers spend more time talking with one another yucking it up than making the sandwiches which also extends the order time beyond what you would expect. i would give 0 stars if i could.

God forbid anyone who picks grubhub orders focuses and actually picks the right items. It's not hard. You can order 5 times and they may be right 1. Plus everytime you walk in that place everyone acts like they don't want to be there. Hate working there? Find a new job
