    I left almost in tears. They gave my dog back to me wet. They kept my dog for 4 hours. I’m pretty sure grooming does not take that long and my assumption is that they just kept him in a crate in the back. She also cut his golden hair. I did not tell them to cut anything. It’s frightening. Please don’t take your dog here for grooming.

    Do not take your pet to this Petsmart or any Petsmart for grooming. As a new dog mom I took my 4 month old cockapoo for a much needed trim and this was the worse mistake I could have ever made. If my dog would not allow them to cut her hair they should have simply called me and let me know; instead they scissor cut her hair uneven and a lot shorter than asked for. To add salt to the wound they have you pay before seeing your dog & tackled on a $10 special handling fee. I could have personally cut her hair much better for a lot less. There was 0 love and effort put in. I will never ever ever take her to any Petsmart again. For reference purposes the individual who groomed her was Tati D. I’ve added before and after pictures.

    I had lily as my dogs "groomer" and she was very rude off the bat giving me attitude. As soon as I leave her with my dog I get a call that I need to come back (mind you I am literally in front of the store) and she tells me my dog is moving too much and that I need to come back another Time. 30 seconds of you trying and you give up?!?!? I tried to get anyone else there to at least try to groom my dog but no-one seemed to care at all and they said he's probably scared because of the dogs screaming in the back room which was also concerning. If you want quality customer service go to a private groomer or just not this pet smart...

    This location is an aquarium lover's nightmare. I went with the intention of setting up a new 10 gallon freshwater tank. First I walked past the betta graveyard and almost cried. Most of them were dead or dying. Their cups were all filled with algae and some type of bacterial bloom. Their water has probably never been changed and who knows the last time they were even fed. Then I went to the back of the store to see what fish they have for sale in the tanks. Well all the tanks were infested with green algae. Some were so bad you couldn't even see the fish in the tank. I'll never buy a single fish from here with such horrible water conditions. There were 3 staff members all talking together about something they found in the store that smelled so bad and was covered in flies. I'll be buying my fish at petco where you can at least see what fish are in the tank.

    We decided to try the grooming services for our 1 year old Labradoodle and was the worse mistake we’ve ever done with her. She was returned to us pretty much with no hair, as if all they did was shave her hair completely off. We could have done a better job. Their excuse was that she had mats all over so they had to cut all her hair off. We’ve taken her to more than 5 appointments to her regular groomer, most appointments every two months, and know for a fact she did not have mats that required a full shaving including her whole face. On top of that they included a brush / demat charge which they did not do. When picking her up the groomer informed us that the fist groomer that started working with her did not finish as she went to the ER and her job was finished by someone else. This whole process was unprofessional and the services they provided were terrible.

    They have a great variety of cat items. From food, cat litter to toys, bedding and carriers. You can order online and pick up in store.

    They are raciest to cats, had three different appointments, they never seen the cat, and made arrangements from my job to get her there,and had to experience nothing but excuses,why she couldn't be seen, will also cancel my insurance. $50 dollars a month for this type of treatment!!!!!!! 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

    I had an issue with the in-store & online price differences. I was unable to order my merchandise for curbside service on my time. ☆Fortunately☆ price matching is honored, so all went well this time.

    "The grooming department leaves much to be desired. I should have trusted my gut and cancelled the appointment upon arrival. When I walked in, I sensed a pointed lack of care or warmth from the staff. Sure enough, when I picked up our dog, her hind legs were still dirty, and her nails poorly trimmed with sharp edges. From her stressed demeanor and eagerness to leave the store immediately, I suspect that she may not have received very good treatment. The bottom line is that the grooming staff are not the best people for the job, and I will not trust our pets with them again.

    This review is specifically for Gaby. I’ve taken my dog to her for my dogs nail trims as he does not let anyone do it. Sure enough she managed to take care of my dog. I definitely recommend her as she is nice and seems to be the preferred groomer at this location.

    It's petsmart, calm down. My mother was greeted not me which I prefer I'm awkward like that. Someone adopt those cats there so sweet! The cat lady seemed to do well with them which put me at ease as a bystander. Saw dogs being groomed pups being trained, very chill environment. Love that! Saw a giant hamster that could use a good home she was quite sweet, and a few more lil mama's and papas that need a good loving home. All in all standard well served place.

    I was treated like I was non existence. If you don't need an appt for nail trim why was there 4 ppl standing around acting like I couldn't get any services it felt like a racial thing all white women not giving services to a black woman I'm disgusted at how I was treated

    What more can I say? It's a PetSmart. My only gripe was people that do not have handicapped plates or a placard using the handicapped spots. Management and employees should make sure those spots are available for our disabled people. This lot is so tiny there is no reason anyone that is not disabled that can walk without assistance can't make the walk from any store spot. Other than that the staff is excellent and helpful if you need them.

    Sara R has been grooming Abby for a few months now. Abby loves her. She is wonderful, friendly, gentle and caring. She always does a great job with Abby. Abby looks beautiful, fluffy and smells really nice when I pick her up. Overall excellent experience each time.

    Store was very clean. Not a very big reptile selection but that's not the worst thing ever. Staff was friendly. I got my baby bearded dragon from here and he is just the sweetest thing

    Brought my golden doodle for a haircut. By far the worst ever! Uneven and choppy pieces of long hair that apparently got missed by the scissors. Paws left long..looks like a Clydesdale horse! Just overall looks like she was cut with a toddlers scissors….Waste if 100.00 for sure! This isn’t the first time they did a shaggy job on her bit this time I couldn't let it go.

    I normally do not write reviews. However, for Michael, I have made an exception! I recently bought fish for the first time. He explained how to build my tank and informed me step by step on what I needed. When I made a mistake with the water, he informed me how to fix. Excellent staff and service. Everyone was very helpful and patient with my many questions.
