Dr. Malik was great. But the the eye glasses practice was completely rude and unprofessional. Older gentleman didn’t want to give us information and was not only rude and obnoxious but dismissive as if he was doing us a favor at a great toll to himself. I’m not sure where this type of behavior is tolerated or why the practice tolerates it. My husband was making an appointment for next week and will no longer be doing so. This type of treatment is not acceptable.

I went for my yearly eye appointment and I saw Dr. Simon. I have seen her for the past couple of eye appointments and having her as my doctor has been great. She is very thorough as well as very informative. I would choose to see her as my eye doctor every time.

Good clinic, staffs are very prompt. Lots of eye glasses to choose from and the doctor was good too. The doctor keeps changing so book your appointment based on that ...

Dr. Simon was wonderful! She explained everything to me in full detail. She even showed me the pictures of my eyes and went over where the eyes are connected to the brain and how everything works. It was very interesting to see. She answered any questions I had with patience and kindness. The appointment was also very quick! I was done with everything in less than an hour and I didn’t feel like anyone was rushing me out the door. I’ve been coming to this office for almost 30 years and I think this appointment was one of the best ones I’ve had in a very long time!

I have been coming to Woodbury Optical / Malik Eye Care for many years. I am very satisfied with the ophthalmologists and opticians. I am very nearsighted, and they have always done an excellent job making eyeglasses for me. I see Dr. Petratos for my eye health exam including dilation since I am diabetic. She is very thorough. And I see Scott for my eyeglass needs. Scott is wonderful. I highly recommend this place for all your eye care needs.

Saw Dr Shapiro today. Whole experience was wonderful. Front desk receptionists, medical tech and doctor, they all were very pleasant. I was little worried about my eyesight issue in the beginning. But Dr. Shapiro explained everything to me. I will recommend him to my family and friends.

My experience @ Malik eye care was excellent! The location is beautiful. I was not expecting such a variety of glasses displayed nicely through out. The staff are very cheerful and friendly and doctor was very thorough and honest in all interactions. Very professional!

The front desk staff is very friendly and efficient. Dr lutz is a very kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable in his field. The doctor listened to and addressed all medical concerns, made me feel comfortable enough to continue asking any questions I had, and went one step further to explain exactly what I was looking at concerning the medical images of the eyes. Came in for an eye exam. They don't normaly do walk-ins so call first to make an appointment. However, that day they were able to fill me in since they had some cancelations. The exam went great. The doctor was thorough and very helpful answering my questions. Highly recommend

Jenny at Malik eye care was very kind and patient. She does the insurance . I had a problem and she took a lot of her time to help me and solve the problem. It was a pleasure to deal with her as well as Scott, who helped me to choose new frames. Both were very professional and helpful.

Staff & Doctors very thorough. Since the pandemic, appointments have been quicker with way less wait time. If this practice continues on this path, it may be worth your time to try them. If it goes back to the pre-pandemic scheduling, don't bother.

I have been seeing Doctors for years with Malik Eye Care. I love everyone including front desk staff. Doctors are competent and tailed to patients’ needs. All staff are very professional and courteous. They make me feel warn. I feel confident under their service. They would take rare of me even in my emergency. I am so grateful. ❤

Very hospitable and accommodating.staff each person always smiling. Nice clean atmosphere. Been examined by different doctors here and never found any one in rush rather gives enough time each visit and explain things properly.
