I went in this morning 5/17/22. There is only one person working the entire restaurant! Management should be fired and the franchisee’s license should be pulled that is completely unacceptable. If you can’t properly staff the place then close it up. Instead you guys are still trying to make a $ off one employee. I’d bet she is not make 3 times as much though she is doing 3 jobs. I did not eat I just left this place obviously doesn’t deserve my money.

Ordered the waffle brkfst from the big rig menu. Was given 1 waffle and one over cooked egg. Not even what I ordered. Ordered fried pickles and was given just 6 pickles with no fries and was going to get charged $5 for it. The manager lady had to go and explain to everyone how they screwed my order up. The new waitress didn't even apologize. She just brought the new order and put it in front of me. I said thank you and she just walked off. You just lost a good paying customer.

Where do I begin... 1. The booths are disgusting and all tore up. 2. Employees were outside while customers sat themselves and waited a good 10 minutes to be spoke to. 3. The mozzarella sticks were gross, oil must not have been changed in ages and were served with a plastic cup of heinz marinara that is absolutely nasty. 4. I ordered the mushroom swiss & onion burger with no sauteed onions with chili cheese fries. The burger was ok, they didn't put mushrooms on it which defeats the purpose of a mushroom swiss 🙄. The cheese on the fries wasn't even melted. 5. Waitress passed me multiple times and didn't bother to refill my water. Will not be eating here again

Went to eat breakfast. This place is connected to a truck stop. Poor truckers if this is there only option. Food was bad, greasy and cold. Hash browns were super greasy. One waitress one cook. Didn't know if we were to seat ourselves or walk in on our own. The waitress was busy at the cash register. Other people waiting to have their order taken. The waitress looked like she was ready to start crying. Upon check out the waitress seemed not know how to give change back...McDonalds across the street was looking pretty good.

Let me tell you something.. I've lived in Fargo almost 10 years. I always see Huddle House but I've never stopped in. I always get coupons from them in my mail but I never keep any. I always pass by when I'm headed to Windbreak, GastroPub Billiards, or JL Beers but this time I decided to make a spontaneous stop and check it out. I had just finished working 18 hours and finally ended my shift at 9 AM and man, it was exactly what I needed after a long day. It was quiet, inviting and genuine. Calvin and Linda were awesome and they were very laid back. I was served coffee and water right away and my meat lovers omelette came out quicker than I expected with bacon, sausage and ham. This is one of those places I wish I would've visited sooner. The omelette was egg-cellent 😏 and the sourdough toast and fruit bowl was delicious as well. I will definitely be coming back here again!

I went in this morning to have breakfast, and I ordered the stuff hash Browns, the banking was not done, he did redo it, I ordered another breakfast, for my wife take it to her job which was the southern Georgia pecan pancakes, the pancakes. was undone, the batter was still uncooked, the eggs was not the way I ordered them. I said, I wanted them scrambled hard with cheese, they did not put the cheese on there, and the eggs was not scrambled hard. I tried to call them multiple times, no one picked up the phone, I couldn't go back because I had an appointment.

Walked out, and one person on duty trying her best felt sorry. Mess in the cooking area and thus no sanitation standards. Cross-contamination. Told where to sit. How can management run a place like this?

Food was good. Seats need to be replaced ASAP. Silverware was dirty. Floor and tables were dirty too. Prices are good though. Don’t expect 5* restaurant. It’s a place to get something to eat. That’s it.

Really not good at all.!!! French toasts was horrible the eggs were still soggy in the bread under cooked , omelets were so over cooked and tasted like rubber.! The waitress had to reorder our table 3 times because the kitchen could not make what we ordered!

when I wanted to take a photo and take a picture of how dirty it was, the waitress poured soup over my husband and began to push me. I think she has mental problems. This is the worst place I've been.

I can definitely say the best Huddle House I've ever been to. Bri is one of the sweetest women I've ever met in my life. Food was great and service was better!!!!!!

Outstanding food, outstanding service, does it get any better. First time at this location and they knocked it out of the park. Wow. Thank you. I will definitely be back.

The lady in there is a one woman show, it’s unfortunate that she doesn’t have other employees. But she does a fantastic job, the food is excellent and I hope she’s able to get new employees soon to take the burden off. Mad props to her for keeping it running alone.

It just a partial review as I couldn't experience their food. I decided to give it a try despite bad reviews. I went on Sunday morning: 2 customers eating at the counter and 2 staffs who seemed overwhelmed by the online orders. I wasn't in rush, sitting over half hour at the counter. The waitress was taking care of the take out orders, never took my order. Sadly, I ended up crossing the street for another restaurant...

Huddle House? More like Horror House. We ordered breakfast through doordash for the first time here and what was supposed to only take 54 minutes turned into a 2 hour wait. Our dasher profusely apologized, which I understood, not his fault. When we received our order, of course, missing biscuits and gravy. The pancake was burnt and everything else was sooo soggy. Soggier than normal when I order through door dash. Also, the hash browns are just so odd, they look and almost taste like noodles. The eggs were okay but still tastes off to me. The blueberry waffle imo was just NOT good. Huge disappointment and now I realize I should’ve read the reviews in the first place. This may be a harsh review, but it just was not good at all I’m sorry. Just sad I wasted my money on this, but at least I know for sure now…

False time on internet. Says closed at 6pm. Went in little after 5pm. Aug.26th 2022. There were closed. Dine in my but. Sign says order on line only.its August 27th. 16:30. And there closed.

I should have looked at review before eating there. This place is horrible. Asked twice if mushrooms are fresh. They put canned. Also ask any white cheese, they brought yellow, so I had to wait another 15 minutes. The omelette itself wasn't good also.

2-5-2023 This place literally has 1 person in here preparing orders and serving. She is Very Very very RUDE. No customer service skills. I’ve watched 2 families walk in and walk back out because she didn’t even have the courtesy to greet them. Whoever owns this location really needs to do some serious evaluations on who they have working for them. This place SUCKS and I will NEVER return to this location

We were a group of 5 adults who were there for breakfast on Saturday. Probably the same gal that everyone is complaining about was the ONLY person working and she was running her tail off! BUT, our food was awesome and she did a GREAT job for being chief cook AND bottle washer!! We'd definitely go back again! Thank you to all of the food service workers who show up and do the best they can with our current day restraints. THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

Most terrible experience ordering breakfast in. I never write reviews, but I felt like I had a moral obligation to inform the public that this place is absolute trash. Not only did we not receive all the items we had ordered, but the food we received was uncooked and inedible. A thirty dollar breakfast was reduced to something not even the pets would eat. Upon calling to demand a refund, the phone rang for several minutes before I hung up. Save yourself the headache and eat somewhere the food is edible and the customer service is competent.

We tried this place a few weeks ago. Waitress (same one mentioned in other reviews) was the rudest I’ve ever had. As I ordered, she made clear the two first things I tried to order they were out of with a very snarky tone and side eye. I asked about coffee selection and she was done with me. The food was less than sub par. I will add she was alone, but there were only a few people at most in the restaurant. There was a 2nd gentleman who came in towards the end of our meal who was wonderful and polite, but the rude waitress who was clearly annoyed by our presence pretty much made sure we won’t go back. Also, on the way out we found what looked to be a huge basketball size spot of what looked to be blood in the parking lot. There are several local places with much better service and food for similar prices- I’ll give our money to them going forward.
