Not a bad hotel for the price. It is located in the perfect area and has a nice small, clean pool. I would stay again.

Changed reservation (moved check in by 1 day) through Expedia and was assured they contacted hotel. Upon arrival (a day later than originally planned) my room had been cancelled and found out later they charged a CC for the original check in day. Staff was extremely rude and repeatedly told me they couldn't help me because I booked through 3rd party. They refuse to refund me for the day I cancelled a week prior to checkin.

Stayed here for a family wedding on Friday, they let us check in early , that was really helpful wedding was at 4 , they let us in around 1 15 pm thanks ,

Nice clean room. Very quiet . Had a good night's sleep. Attendant was very nice and helpful.

Kinda a sore thumb layout honestly, but the ONLY place with vacancy on short weekend notice. I had not 1 but 6 total roaches invade my room thru the window space during my 3 day stay... ick

The employees were pleasant, the continental breakfast area was a bit rundown, could use a remodel. Our room had a musty smell and the floor was wet by the sink, and the door had to be forced open and closed but the rest of the room was pleasant. It worked for a one night stay after a family event.

Wasn't the most updated hotel, but it was clean. Nice quiet location.

Some of the popcorn ceiling is coming down above the Air Conditioner and in the bathroom but everything else seemed clean and worked. The comp breakfast ended at 9:30 but check out is 11. Maybe keep the waffle maker on a little longer! Id come back again.

It is a cheaper hotel however there is a lady at the front desk that's been there every summer I stay, and she is just very unpleasant to work with. The first summer I had a decent room. This last time the room was very grungy. The shower also poured water out of the wall where the wall and the faucet attaches. The end table was screwed on then spray foamed to the wall.

Great budget hotel. Ample parking. Close to the freeway but no traffic noise at all. Clean comfortable rooms. Microwave and refrigerator in room coffee machine and ok continental breakfast. Laundry machine and vending machines. DQ on the property. Lovely indoor pool. Reception staff are unfortunately not pleasant. Besides that it is a great hotel

Stayed here for 3 nights. Quiet, convenient to the place I was working. A little dingy but not bad. Check in was efficient.

Cups are small, towels also... Quiet place... Personel are very nice and helpful... Coffee is weak in room and the Continental Breakfast has no eggs and the orange juice needs work...

Pretty much the only place in Faribault to stay for a travel budget…and they know it! Lobby smelled musky and walking upstairs to our room there was a horrible smell of burnt bacon 🥓🤔Hotel is falling apart in places, at least the room had working A/C and lots of hot water for 🚿 Shower 🙂

Right off the highway. The room was nice the beds were new, pillows were excellent. Nice little indoor pool. Very nice people working there.

I can't say enough about this place! I had left my wedding rings in the bathroom floor .... I returned to my room later & both rings were on the vanity sink! Restored my faith in humanity! Jessica & Vicky are the front desk attendants & both are like friends I've known forever! When the time comes...I hate to leave!:
