Nice trails and not too buggy when we were there. Probably just got lucky. Later on at th nature center though the little effers were out in full force.

Clean & quiet park to bring the kiddos to and go for a fun dip in the stream then a great walk down the trails. The tunnel is also really fascinating

This is a peaceful park. It sits along the river. It has mature trees. It would have nice background for any photo shoot.

This is a park baseball fields and an archery range. There's some trails to the river and a bridge, but on our visit that section was closed for hunting. There was a small river access for Roxy to visit though and cool off.

Pretty trees and river. Too bad the city blocks off access to the Pavillion so you can drive to it. Its a long walk with a cooler. Lots of potential. Walking trail.

Public park connected close to nearby walking trails. Clean entry and exit point for canoes and kayaks. Ball diamonds, dirt track around the whole park, benches under shelters, archery, parking lot, and a porta-potty

Beautiful open park by the Straight River. Some nice shelters here and there. Just about the only archery range in Faribault (for free, anyway). Trail leading into the forest is part of River Bend Nature Center, which is a gorgeous natural park. Come for the slightly creepy historical tunnel full of unskilled graffiti (hey at least it's nice and cool in there), stay for the stunningly beautiful cathedral-like trees!

👍👍 Pretty friendly doggo park! Don't wear anything you don't want to get dirty (duh, dogs). Trail is kept clean and goes around the whole lake. Pretty well traveled in winter too. If your dog is not dog friendly, this is not the park to bring them to, leashes come off once you enter the first gate to a...
