For what it’s worth the Waterloo Blackhawks usually have a fun team to watch. Young Arena is a decent place to watch some good hockey. Good sight lines for the most part. Besides good hockey and decent sight lines I don’t need much. The concessions are nothing noteworthy and prices are up there just like everything else. The crowd is a good mix of all walks of life as well as many die hards and their cowbells and their teenagers with cowbells and their new borns with cowbells…… Ps…..public skating and walking are offered during the crummy months also. Enjoy!

Very fun place for ice skating. You might want to get there early because there is usually a line. Food is good, upstairs is nice. The direction that you are supposed to skate during free skate changes around every 20-30 minutes. The bathrooms aren't bad for public restrooms. The food is pretty good too. There is a birthday party/event room. The skates are often worn out, I recommend bringing your own skates.

Love coming here to watch the hockey games. Waterloo Blackhawks are a blast. Let Go Hawks!

Awesome place! It looks like it did when they opened!!! Super clean!! Great for all events and my wife and I walk there when weather is bad. We are lucky to have it, great job !!!!!!! I'm adding a few comments and photos to my original review, I reviewed this awhile ago . I still go there often and it is still an awesome place!!! Very clean and fun. I also go there to walk!!! Love it!!

They had great $$ deals during Spring Break & I think every year i know they did in 2022 & 2023 great way to entertain your kids for cheap! The kids loved it!! $1 Ice Skating per/person & $1 for ice skate ⛸️ rentals
