Hard to shop in, but that's just how all old navys are set up. I feel like this store is really small and they never have my size in the style of pants I look for. Every time I've been, it's been very busy and crowded

Absolutely a great experience! Assistance was great & CJ helped me find everything on my list & very nicely offered other suggestions (yes, my list got a wee bit longer). Great selection, good prices, always a go-to place.

Prices are good, lots of sales, helpful and friendly staff. Some fun styles, but quality varies.

Management ad employees go out of their way to help you find exactly what your looking for. If they can't in store staff is willing to help with an online purchase.

Just recently was here shopping, was not told about the deals and just information with the sign up details my social was took down and it hit my credit score right away and went down but I was approved!! 255PM transaction was done at 256PM do not trust this store what so ever Katrina is racist and I don't know how much of the other staff is but one bad acorn gotta have a couple others right, very misleading and untrustworthy lady and staff do not trust them with your $$ just shop across the way this stores customer service to people of color is just disgusting 👎🏾👎🏾never again old navy

The clothes are inexpensive style is fun. Their staff could be friendlier mainly younger girls so you'll have to ask them if they could help you.

Made a purchase at Old Navy, then on returning home I noticed I had super cash, so I called the store to see if I could get the adjustment. The lady on the phone said “sure we can do that, just bring in your receipt!” So I went to back to Old Navy with my receipt, went up to the counter and told Deb, who claimed to be the store manager, that I wanted to get an adjustment on my earlier purchase because I had forgotten to use my Old Navy cash. I mentioned to her that I had called beforehand and that they said just bring in your receipt. She then proceeded to rudely tell me it was going to take her half an hour and she would have to hand punch every item number because I had not brought the items into the store. I offered to go around the store and get all the same items in the sizes that I had brought if that would help. She abruptly said “it doesn’t work that way.” It literally took her 8 minutes. She made me feel like it was such a hassle to help me. I’ve shopped at this Old Navy many times and I have never received this kind of treatment. Disappointed with the customer service received from the store manager today. I hope this is not how she is training her employees to treat customers.

I bought a pair of leggings and the worker didn’t talk the whole time, and didnt even let me get my old navy rewards, it was very rude, i wasnt greeted.
