Third class service given by the sarvodaya.Receptionist deepak is not at all cooperating with the patient and he is soo rude and not at all cooperative with the patients take strict action against deepak gupta. Otherwise We are going to take strict action against complete hospital sarvodaya sector 16. Need strict action to be taken against him as patient not well and he behaved like animals with patient. This is the worst way sarvodaya is treating with the patients.what the hell you guys think that sarvodaya is not the only hospital where patients can come will make you assure I will spread complaint all over against sarvodaya staff member deepak. I need call and strict action.

Sarvodaya is one of the best hospital in Faridabad. The doctor are experienced and we'll maintained staff. If you have any medical problems just admits on it. If you have a medical claims. There is no problem you can admits only deposit 10k. But when someone discharge it take long time. You have to wait 1 or half day. Approval take time.

I have visited Sarvodaya Hospital 2 times but I failed to gather the positive reviews for it. Docs are generally not available and practitioner handle the case in the name of emergency. It is just a money making business. The time has lost where local hospitals has lost their importance in the name of these multispecialist thing. Not recommended.

Poor service.. I went for ear cleaning and after that painful treatment, my ear is bleeding constantly. It's horrible. I talked to the doctor on phone but he said no need to worry. It's been 5days since I am suffering and daily visiting the hospital as if we don't have anything else to do. Highly not recommendable!

I experienced a good experience in sec 19 . The nursing department works round a clock with empathy. Doctors always very particular on their rounds and we’ll experienced. The costs of room rents and all procedures are affordable.

Staff is extremely courteous , docs are very nice and patient..nurses need to ensure if the patient is sleeping they shouldn't disturb patient, people open the door just like that without any work and while sleeping i have noticed that nurses keep disturbing sleeping patient in giving medicines or injections. Rest hospital very neat and clean.. THEY NEED TO HAVE A PROPER PARKING , PARKING IS WORST

My child admitted under doctor Anand in sec 19 he is the best pediatrician in sec 19 im very much satisfied with his treatment and we prefer to come in sarvodaya only. The nurses are always carries smile on their faces and serve with humble all services are excellent

My father-in-law was admitted in a very serious condition on March 22, today he was discharged on March 24. Because Dr. Manisha is very excellent pulmonologist. My Mother had her knee surgery at this hospital and Dr Ankit Kedia with all team completed the operation successfully and after operation the recovery staff also helped her. After shifting her to ward all the nursing staff helped my mother to recover specially Sreeja nurse / Susanna/ Kalpana/ Abisha handled the patient with all care including the lab department Dr Vishnu Kumar GOGNA with his team and physiotherapists Kajal was very helpful in making my Mother walk again . Dr. Rakesh Gupta Sir is the best doctor in sec 19, he makes patient understand the disease condition very well. That's why we are very much satisfied with the service. Nursing service is excellent. Staff are polite , down to earth, very humble. No attitude and the doctor always stand for the patient side. Manoj GDA is very good in his service.

Dr. Shreyansh Jain at OPD has no way of talking or behaving. How can a baffoon such as this can become a doctor who has no manners to speak. Behaves as if he is some specialist at Apollo. Wrote two tablets which any chemist shop would have given, still no relief. Pathetic service and Pathetic Doctor.

My mother was admitted in ICU on ventilator.The best care was given in Icu so she extubated and shifted to ward. The ward staff also taken best care and the doctors part also excellent in sec 19. Today she is discharged and we are very happy thanks to Sarvodaya.

I was ill from many days, Got admitted in sarvodaya sector19. The treatment services was amazing. The staff and nurses are co-operative. Dr Jain was handling my treatment and he suggested all the good measures to improve my health. And yes infrastructure and cleanliness is very nice. I would suggest this hospital for better environment and experienced doctor.

Got a positive feedback from the sources but the management at the OPD billing counter was such a nightmare that I had to reconsider my choice to Asian Sector 21. A few things that were very intriguing were - - Basic COVID 19 protocols such as wearing a face mask and social distancing were not at all being followed by the patients. - Forget about hospital management telling people to follow the norms the staff themselves were attending and roaming around without masks !! (To the Management - Get the CCTV footage checked between 1200-1230hrs today) - After waiting for my turn at a counter called ‘OPD billing 3’ for 10 minutes the lady (Again not wearing a mask) tells me that this counter is only for people with ESI billings. On asking that why it is not mentioned at the counter I got a reply that it is not mentioned but you have to take another que. - Waited at the other que for 20 more minutes and gave up when I saw people being attended without any que system !! Where the other 2 counters were almost vacant there was no priority given to Senior Citizens/ Sick people who were there in my que. - Had a 12 PM appointment with Dr. Vikrant Chauhan which I had to miss. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND CASUAL BEHAVIOUR BY THE STAFF MEMBERS AT THE RECEPTION ! YOU LOST A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER TODAY.

There reception staff are just in a different world. They dont know which test they are doing. What are there charges. No coordination between billing staff and doctors in labs. Don't put life of your loved ones endanger by going such hospital.

I recently visited Sarvodaya Hospital sector-19 for my mom's uterus surgery. I spend about 4 days here with my mom. The services are very nice here. The way of servicing here either nurses, house keeping staff, cleaning staff, or management as well as doctors are very nice. All are very humble with patients as well as attendents. In this hospital, it is very nice that hospital provides food to patients itself only, which follows proper diet.I am very happy with the services of this Hospital. The doctors also very experienced and provides proper treatment. It is nice to visit here😀. Thank you

I was admitted in Sarvodaya Sector 19 for 3 days during 17 August 2022 for deep wound in both foot (Diabetic). Doctor Ankit Kedia is very very good doctor. He did diagnostic well and his daily supervision with patient and staff makes recovery faster. Deluxe ward staff is very helpful and food is very healthy.

Worst staff ever seen... I never ever except that Sarvodaya (one of top) hospital can ever appoint third class hospital staff. They treated very very badly with the patient. My father, 60 yrs old diabetic patience visited hospital first time for check up and the so called "hospital help" left my father in wheelchair without any attendent for around 35mins. When we asked n search for him after his test, we found him in lobby lonely. Previously, we thought he was in procedure room hence, may be it takes time to check up.. But, after we loose our patience and asked for him we were surprised and shocked. I never recommend this hospital for anyone.

I am working as an intern in dietetics department here. All the doctors really treat you like a student. The staff is very supportive and friendly. They don't let you feel like a stranger. I am surely going to miss this atmosphere.

Had been consulting Dr.Anjali for my pregnancy, one of the best gynaecologists. She was all for normal delivery which is what we also preferred rather than surgery. During my delivery also all doctors, nurses and staffs had been a huge support and help. Very very accommodating staff is what I would like to commend on because they make you feel so comfortable and taken care of whether it was in labour room or after delivery room.
