I had approached the gym few days back for training and improvement in my strength and stamina. I had a limited amount of available time as my purpose was to train for a high altitude trek. Even though my experience here was short, these guys here are disciplined, pay personal attention to you, are very well behaved and most of all motivate you to the core. The place is hygienic.
