I had gone for a tetanus shot here. Clean and comfortable waiting rooms. The staff are very helpful. I had called ahead to check if they administered the shot. Waiting time for me was minimal, but it was probably because i wasn't seeing any doctor. But overall quite satisfied with the service i received.

The ambience and health service is so great, calm and staff is very polite. Doctors are very polite and highly recommend. All the tests were done so quickly. Thanks to Toshani for helping to scheduling my tests and helping me with everything.

I only had to wait less than 5 minutes. The nurses worked quickly and were polite. Toshini ran the necessary tests and the examination revealed both a Xray & ECG. Apollo clinic at near Mega Mall location is equipped with wide range of tests, and having very good staff expertise and their behaviour. Reception staff having welcoming nature, polite and expedite the case on the need. Really thankful to Apollo Clinic and it's staff.

Incompetent service staff. Reception folks, especially Nikhil and Meenu (if right names told) misguided about the services included in the heath package. Timing of doctors and test timing requirements are miscoordinated and patients are either suppose to wait unnecessarily for 4 hours or visit the premise multiple times to get everything done. Also, not a medical expert but the some of the staff seems inexperienced.

I had my root canal treatment and crown fitting done recently at this clinic. Dr. Ranveet Kaur was the dentist who is very professional and explained the treatment and procedures patiently to me in detail. The crown fitted nicely and I am able to eat from that side comfortably now. The clinic is clean and staff polite. Pleased with my experience there.
