Small bus stand in Mathura and 1 Km from Railway Station. Bus availability is not there all the times. One either go to go opposite side for private buses. Or one can Go to Goverdhan Chauraha for buses and Other private travelers. The place is dirty and one can spend time in Famous Brijwasi Centrum hotel near bus stand. It nice for a time pass.

Worst bus stand ever. You will find no counter or even enquiry counter. No facility for washroom. Not sure why it's called as New bus stand, when the facility is not there at all. It seems local people are accustomed to this and for them this is great service that atleast they are getting a bus service. Not to mention.. I was able to find only one bus for Ballabhagarh, while I waited for almost an hour in the bus. Would recommend you have train booked in advance rather to use this bus stand service.

Very clean and neat bus stand. The best thing is they have lots of electric buses. All are in very new condition. People are very helpful and nice there. The bus frequency is high.

You will be confuse here for tickets.. Better do enquiry and take bus the conductor will make tickets in between your journey.

I recently took a bus from Iglas to Jaipur, but the journey was far from pleasant. The bus stopped at the Mathura bus stand and I was extremely disappointed to find the lack of basic amenities there. To my surprise, there was no toilet available for women and the hygiene conditions were extremely poor. The bus stand was not cleaned, and I was left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed with the experience. Overall, I would not recommend this bus service to anyone looking for a comfortable and hygienic journey. One more thing if you do a long journey By the roadway don't take ticket for end stop directly as bus stops at many stops that make you wait for a long while there is already bus present to go

Not a fine place.... A bus stand is expected to have well maintained street but there is mug around there in many of the days especially during rainy season. It's full of very very old buses working till now as an inter-state/city travelling means.

Reached here at 5:30 am but couldn't find any electric bus at this time. The other buses were there but we're in very bad condition and also low frequency. You can get E-rickshaw also for Vrindavan, Govardhan, Barsana but at this time they were charging double fare. So if you come early, wait for some time at the bus station, you'll get benches here to sit. After 6-7 you'll get cheaper rates for E-rickshaw. Bus fares are same for all time. Update:- E-AC bus for local transport such as Vrindavan, etc starts at 7am in the morning.(+/- 15 mins).

It's so crowdy place. Honking of many vehicles, traffic, and main place to get Auto for Vrindavan. Many busses are available for different cities of UP and different states.
