My medical care was taken care by Dr Ladli Chatterjee . She provided me with tha best advice for the treatment. she is very calm and patient.

My face got burnt due to face streamer on 16 march and I was so terrified with it’s outcome. Dr.Shikha Bansal treated my burnt face so well that within 26 days, more than 80% of face is back to normal. She’s so humble and kind. She explains everything in detail which gave a great contentment. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Profera clinic is a great multispecial clinic. Must visit.

Don’t go for this clinic, my mother went an ear hole surgery, and it went bad as it got reversed when I called them they said doctors are separate entity and we only provide them space and amenities to sit. They don’t have appropriate staff who knows how to deal.

Genuinely speaking. Today had one session of hydra Facial i thought there will be a visible changes but i think expectations were too high. Didn’t see any visible changes. Might be it will take two or more days for a visible changes. Giving one star only by this time I didn’t see any changes. I’ll change the rating if any changes happens

Visited Profrea clinic recently, we didn't had to wait very long, they provided very good service. Found the doctor to be very kind and provided all the support during my treatment, they also provide video consultation which was convenient for me.

I will not recommend anyone for this clinic because Dr. Gul treated me wrongly for more then 10 days. She has prescribed me viral fever medicines while I was suffering from typhoid. And after going through blood test also she wasn't able to figure out the disease. Lastly after 7 days of medications she admitted me for 2 days. After 10-12days of treatment i didn't noticed any improvement in my health but spent lots of money in Profrea clinic. Please do not go on rating of the clinic i got a very bad experience and suffered alot.
