Don't try that PG. It is managed by Ajay. He initially takes your one month security deposit and when we are leaving after fulfilling all terms as requested still did not deliver back my security deposit. Kindly request you to be careful before you join this PG. Also there is another PG he owns which is ARPIT PG. Please don't fall Into his trap.

Its a splendid place to reside for the students..so clean and well maintained.. Very congenial ambiance for studies... Everything is so immaculately arranged by the Administration, in a long stay for 4 years by my son SOHAM DUTTA, I can quote not a single negitive impression... The Admin is highly considerate for logical requests all the time.... In the end of the day, students stay highly secured in the safe hands of Mr Ajay Kumar, HEAD, Sunshine Homes.

This PG is the best PG near amity. Well-maintained staff and very good and hygienic food loved it. Fully recommended :)

If you are looking for a nice place at a cost that doesn't put a hole in your pocket, this is the place you should opt for. Ajay who owns and runs this place is helpful. Rooms are neat and clean. Any feedback shared with them is looked into. This is also one of the best room sizes at the cost offered. Out of approx 15 PGs that I looked for my nephew, this one is by far the best!

Ambience is good. Having all the facilities like fridge ac gyser and study table in every room. Having attached balcony. I would be recommended this place.

I am pgt teacher in Delhi Administration. My son is in this pg since last year and as a parent I feel that this is best pg near amity university. The pg manager is very polite and regularly in contact with me, which is the best thing.

This pg is absolutely best, the staff are helpful, friendly.The facilities are daily rooms cleaning, spacious room, ac rooms, big size bed and cupboard, the owners are very Nice behavior but strict at some rules. 1 word for pg is awesome.

Online booking is also safe. Same place and having all real images with all amenities. But having some restriction like in out entry. And drink smoke is also not allowed here. one word 'Best Pg' who came for study in Amity University Noida. Fun lover may be opt other places.

Very nice PG, well ventilated, big rooms,proper cleaned, in budget,and its food i just loved that. Its taste is same as of restaurant. Overall it was best. Go for it.

Pg is good. Rooms,floors are cleaned on regular basis. They also have their own mess so students can eat there also otherwise there are many restaurants nearby. One problem is that some rooms do not have a single windows that can provide good ventilation. Overall this pg is one of the best in the area.
