😠 The hospital is pathetic and should not be visited by any educated person. The receptionist is not even able to speak with etiquette to you, forget about doing his duty. The hospital is run by a local chap just to earn money. Same receptionist behaviour as being the face of hospital is replicated... People often mention doctor, hospital, staff, Tripathi, emergency, time, Hospital,

The hospital is pathetic and should not be visited by any educated person. The receptionist is not even able to speak with etiquette to you, forget about doing his duty. The hospital is run by a local chap just to earn money. Same receptionist behaviour as being the face of hospital is replicated on other departments too. If you want a treatment with respect and no attitude hassles then AVOID THIS HOSPITAL AT ALL COST.

My mother went to emergency department as no doctor was available in OPD. Doctor in emergency section told to inject a drip. Now these hospital guy charges according to the time taken to complete the drip as Rs 500 per hour in the name of observation charges. Different ways of sucking the hard earned money. Nurse was not able to use drip syringe properly and replaced it with new one. Charged for both. Hospital should train the nurse properly for drip application. Overall doctor was good, but dint like the nursing staff and the policy of hospital.

So if you are living in sector 119, 120, 121 or nearby area and looking for some first-aid, emergency issue than you can visit here. In case you have any specific conditions then also have visiting doctor who can be made available on appointment. Overall ok hospital and staff

I visited for orthopaedic, it was the worst experience. Dr. BK Tripathi is the most unprofessional doctor i have ever seen. We had to wait for more than one hour before he called for consultation and he was totally disinterested in understanding the problem. His focus was only on tests without even understanding the problem. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, NOT RECOMMENDED. This was our last visit to Tripathi Hospital.

Extremely disappointed. I took my mom for ECG because she had extreme chest pain, and a doctor in my neighborhood asked for it immediately. I rushed to Tripathi hospital and requested the general physician in the emergency for ECG, but he didn't pay attention. Finally I strictly had to express my mother's emergency. There was just one nurse assigned to the hospital (including "emergency") and she also came after many calls. The doctor was so careless, that when I went to him with ECG report and further prescription, he was barely interested and was busy chatting on the mobile phone. I had to shift my mother to a different hospital. Very unprofessional, lazy and careless staff. So disappointing.

So my experience was horrible. My 3.6 y old fell from bed got his forearm broke. Visited hospital within 15 mints. they took xray gave a pain killer to my son and kept waited for almost 45 mints since doctor was not there and after that the doctor came checked his xray thats it not even seen my son and asked to plaster to junior doctor. Junior doctor did the plaster and then he released. Since jr doc ask to visit next day. Reached there but doctor was not available so jr doc seen my kid then asked to come after a week. After a week visited the hospital waited 2 hrs then all appointment got cancelled since doctor was not coming so again visited today at 11 as asked by jr doctor, did xray and waited till 13:20 but again doctor did showed up so asked receptionist to cancel the appointment and will visit another doctor. Faced other issues as well like at the time of waiting no chair or cooler or anything. It was full of other people. No arrangement nothing. It was the worst experience.

Don't do any lab test from them, staff is so careless Don't know and understand the timelines also do not like to respond on time. We submited the sample for double marker test and at 11 Am , we were told to get results by 6 pm on the same day but on next morning at 10 am when I called they were not sure about results where they are. Again I requested them that I need it by 2 pm till 1 pm there was no response by them. unprofessional staff people who do not understand the meaning of request.

Not recommend at all to visit Tripathi Hospital. Dr BK Tripathi has no value of other's time and given improper treatment. It was a total waste our precious time and valuable money visiting him.

The hospital is amazingly modern and staff are helpful here specially reception staff. They take their time to clear any doubts you have regarding bill. The doctors are always happy to listen to you. Overall it is a very good hospital. Thanx to doctor and staff ☺️

Infrastructure and location are okay. Sadly one visits a hospital for medical care. Sadly, here the medical support staff is untrained and felt like the doctor and hospital are only interested in inflating the bill. Even for normal flu, the doctor wanted a battery of tests worth 5000.
